Bed comfortable and was warm

No breakfast included Did not know how to sign up to their Wifi Toilet did not work properly Because I was in and out for a tangi --- when I did go to office --- no one there to report to

Good location, quiet. I liked the 50’s decor, I think you could take it even further.

A bit dated and the cleaning under the bed could definitely be improved. Some coffee would also have been nice.

We overnighted on the way to a function the next day. We arrived late and left early, but the unit seemed well appointed and clean, so looking forward to opportunity to stay longer next time.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

The shower head needs replacing, very low water pressure. Although fortunately it was a Sunday & quiet, one toilet inside one shower,for 4 doubles rooms could be tricky.

This is a basic budget motel and we were very pleased with the excellent heating in living room and bathroom.The available is used well.

Rooms are old but clean and comfortable. The shower is made for very small people, I had to sit on my knees to wash my hair ?

A classic Kiwi motel just outside downtown Taihape. Large, roomy, old school comfort. I was in the 'shared accommodation' which was very comfortable. A big room. Shared bathroom and shower. Big kitchen. Large lounge. Sky TV in room and lounge were much enjoyed bonus.

We had breakfast in town. The beds were comfortable, the facilities clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The chairs were a little dirty.

We didn’t have breakfast ,no facilities to cook only dry breakfast but we didn’t take supplies

Nothing it was great value for money

Had a great 1 night stay. Everything we needed in the unit. Great shower and heater. Handy to walk into town. Definitely would stay again when passing through.

It was close to town

The bed was not comfortable. The table was old and stained. Just need some up dating.

Clean and comfortable unit. Compact but necessities were provided. Host was friendly and helpful, provided additional pillows on request.Handy to town centre, good for an overnight stay while travelling through. Very comfortable bed despite "dips" from previous occupants

Curtains could have been a little more generous, only just covered the windows so the morning light came through at sunrise.

Creat location, close to town center and train station , clean, tidy and warm studio.

The bed was soft and comfy, had the best sleep.

Shower needs a handrail for us old fellows.

Location wasn’t bad. Hard to be far from anywhere in Taihape.

Disgusting. I lost count of the number of cockroaches we saw during our stay. Including one crawling on my toddler in her bed. There were half finished bottles of drink under the beds from previous occupants. The floors were so uneven you felt like you were in a fun house as you tried to dodge mysterious stains on the carpets. The bathroom looked like a home DIY job who didn’t even have access to YouTube. No extractor fan and nails half sticking out of walls. We left a night early.
