Brilliant location near town and the beach. Friendly staff and a good sized room.

The pillows where not the greatest.

Very clean and spacious, beautiful private outdoor area, and close to ocean and restaurants.

The place was in a great location easy to get around from place to place

Needs a smoking area location instead of directly outside your room may helpNeeds some outdoor furniture as well would be nice to sit outside and enjoyAlso we did not enjoy the rude lady from number 10 who stayed on the 13/02 this german lady was abusive and intimating and this was over those who respected the motel rules to be standing outside there rooms smoking and having a chat and the kids running around from pure excitement we do not appreciate this type of behaviour from a foreigner to this country as we are kiwi born and breed and would not yell at people to get back in there rooms because you are laughing too loud please respect our country as we would yours

I really liked this property. It was out of town (but not too far) and it was so quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room light and airy. I would happily stay there again

The staff were kind and very willing to help out in any way possible. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Was a little far from downtown, however it was still reasonable and wasn’t a big deal.

The staff were helpful but it was your admin that caused the issue as we didnt have a booking frankly your team was entirely useless

Your organisation was pathetic I doubt I will use you ever again. We were left entirely stranded in the Napier region and left with no option but too continue on through to Gisborne a further 3 hour drive at the end of an already long day.

2 bedroom apartment was great for our family of 5 - plenty of room and kitchen was great

Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, close to everything, and the room was nice and quiet.

The manager guy on the desk was lovely

The room is clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly. They let us use the public kitchen for cooking meals as oven is not included in the room. Location is also very good, walking distance to the beach.

Fabulous staff, who were welcoming and accommodating. Good location - out of city centre, so quiet and close to water. Pleasant walks around the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and tidy, and everything was well maintained just like photos . The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel felt comfortable and welcoming, and we had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Comfortable bed, large space, great kitchen facilities, skyTV. Soft and clean carpet.

The spa bath jets didn’t work and the bath had two separate lines of grim around the bath from previous use and only noticed when I was in it.

Recommend 100% clean tidy and well presented Definitely wil be back .

The room was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was available in the room. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. AC was not working when we arrived but the staff helped to sort that out.

A clean, spacious, and well presented hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The owners were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. We had a great stay and would happily return when visiting the city again.
