Difficult to get to room on second floor with large suitcases

The room and balcony were nice. The rooms were clean. The drink facilities good. The cooking facilities good.

The only doubt I had was one of the single beds looked like the sheets had not been changed. There was a small stain on the side and the sheet didn’t have that smooth flat feel and appearance. There were a set of clean sheets in the cupboard which I used to replace the sheets.

Location was good,nice view of the ocean.

We only 3 beds were in the room and no bedding for the pull out couch,we had to make do.

I liked how close we were to the beach. It was also great having a dairy next door.The rooms were lovely and very spacious. The bathroom was very big and very nice.

No complaints at all.

Room was not configured as booking stated, but staff were very helpful & rectified this quickly.

The view was poor, no tv in bedroom, no outdoor table/chairs for patio, broken coffee table, dangerous stairs -(could easily fall down them), peeling wall paper, had a big white tail spider crawl over my partners foot in the bathroom, uncomfortable seating in lounge area.. the place needs a good refresh

I had a lovely room across the street from the ocean. The street was not overly busy or noisy so was ot an issue even though I was on the ground floor. The staff was very helpful.

I liked almost everything but the bathroom which while it was clean and had what I needed it was poorly designed so that water went everywhere when I took a shower. The place is a little dated but that was okay as it is reflected in the price.

A bit disappointing.

Room needed upgrading. Toilet roll holder needs re fixing to the wall. More comfortable seats are needed for a family of 4. Counter in bathroom needs replacing - it appears someone left a cigarette on the bench causing burn marks - not a good look. Another mirror, other than one in bathroom would be helpful. One of the kitchen chairs had a rip in it. Garden out front is just long grass. The arch windows above entrance door let too much light in when trying to sleep.

Walking distance to town, beach front views, location. Big spa bath.

Went to sit on the deck after getting home late at night and found it to be dripping wet from the room above. Called reception and was told it would be from there air con unit. Made the deck to be unusable. Heard dripping water hitting the deck for rest of night.

Looking out to the ocean and hearing the surf on the beach was calming... the big round spa bath was a bonus.

Great location with amazing staff. Easy to find with plenty of parking.

The bed was very hard making it very uncomfortable. Wi-Fi kept dropping out.

Very dated, cleaning was average, dusty vents, base boards etc. New kitchen but everything else was grimly and old. Internet did not work for the 3 nights we stayed but they refunded us some $ for that.

They weren' t till ready until 3.45pm.We booked three units and we couldn't get into any

With all the rain we got our unit (15) got water inside. The tiles by front windows and the carpet got very wet. We reported to staff but nothing was done - just towels put down to soak up the water. We were not offered another room which was disappointing as we still had 2 nights to stay.i think some refund or credit should be given.

Friendly staff, amazing service, made beds, did dishes, replenished towels daily and more.

Coffee plunger & Jug needs replacing but absolutely didnt damper our stay!

Property was below expectation have cracks scratches and burnt marks in the toilet sink area. Wi-Fi at the property was really bad. Always keep cutting off as soon as you go in the rooms to sleep. No Internet in any of the rooms. Also we went out for the whole day when we come back, Our room was not cleaned at all. There was mess everywhere but when I complained at the reception it got fixed but that was still disappointing.
