Location and facilities were great. The bed was comfy, it was nice and relaxing and quiet.

The shower the water was going everywhere the whole floor was wet i had to use the pool towels to wipe the floor.

The bed was comfortable, the cabin we stayed in was clean, tidy and warm.

Cabin was smaller than anticipated so was the tea/coffee facilities.Every time a truck went past the whole cabin shook waking us up.It was closer to the bypass than we realised.Didn't see any staff.

The light from outside could come inside the room.

The location was handy. The pool was great for the kids.

The room wasn't as described. As per my photo, it stated that the chalet would have a spa bath and washing machine. It has neither. The spa pools were by the pool but not working. The trampoline had been removed. For the cost of the chalet, it was very disappointing.

Good for money, quiet space, clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay here in the studio. Excellent facilities and great layout

The water from the showers don't quite drain so the floor gets really wet and did go outside the bathroom door a bit so we went through quite alot of towels but spoke to staff and they informed that the bathrooms were getting renovated

Great clean warm pool and good rooms.

It was relatively easy to check in and find our accommodation. It wasn’t far away from town, the supermarket etc so that was great! The swimming pool was awesome, as well as the shared kitchen facilities. We liked having our own kitchen/fridge in our own cabin too.

Beds weren’t hugely comfortable, and the shower head didn’t put out a lot of water.

The incorrect information regarding the facilities with our room. Room description stated washing machine living area and hot tub. None of these were in our room.

The only accessible electric outlets were in the kitchen. A handrail by the steps would have helped me.

Upgrade to another type of accommodation when lack of electricity in booked accommodation could not be fixed that night. Upgrade resolved amicably and efficiently by owner.

Shared ablution block not clean. Skirting boards, shower gully trap dirty, so dirty. Water on floor around toilet appeared unattended to, although this could have been awaiting attention. Hand drier not working, or I could not get it to work. One of the soap dispensers on wall empty, but then it may have been on purpose empty - take it down then.A dog barking constantly in the camp area was a tad annoying for a non dog owner. To be expected???

Patrons were very welcoming and friendly. It was cozy and affordable. Quiet and relaxing.

Wifi was a bit of a pain going in and out of reception. Took a while to activate too.

Shower pressure was awesome and the pool was nice and clean.

There was left over food spill on the table from a previous guest.

Air conditioning after room change, following complaint.

paid for air conditioning room - got water filled fan. Which had slimy brown bits floating in water! First room tv didn’t work, curtains were frayed/shabby. Once moved to a different room it was completely dirty, not even vacuumed. Bed was extremely hard that you could feel the springs as if there was no padding. Receptionist blamed booking.com for listing room as air conditioned and that she didn’t want to use booking.com.

The kids facilities ie playground and swimming pool were great.

Beds were uncomfortable unfortunately and room was clean but needs a little bit of tlc and touch ups

Easy check in nice and close to town but very little road noise

The shower had great pressure but totally flooded the bathroom floor

Super loud! Busy road on both sides that actually rattle the rooms lol. Shower was a mist, def no hair washing in the room we stayed.
