Ease of check in as we were late.

Spa was fantastic. Staff were great.
We feel the room could’ve been cleaned a little better especially the bathroom.
Super clean, comfortable room with kitchenette, perfect for our 5 night stay
Very clean, modern, comfortable. Great location, to attractions in Rotorua. Nice walk to main town and close to attractions. Astrid was very helpful in Reception when I had issues with the tv.
Rooms are large
Pool and sauna close early. Should close at 9 or 10
Spacious room, friendly staff
TV didn't work.No coffee plunger

It’s clean, spacious and beds are so comfy
Spa but did not work really good
Pool hours Fitness room was hot - no air conditioner Fitness Item did not work good- make Sounds between you use itSauna did not work
It wasn't noisy at all, the room was a great size. The spa was great.
The outside light was on all night, which lit up the room bright as. Light was directly about the sliding door. The internet, was very poor.
Everything
Everything was superb. Nice facilities….unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to make use of the spa. Other than that, we were super very impressed and will happily stay at Assure again in the future.
How big and roomy the room was, the spa, and how clean it was. How friendly the staff were
location
Huge disappointment. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.There is not a single chair in the room, which is completely unreasonable. Guests are forced to sit on the bed, with no proper place for clothes or belongings.Worse still, the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom did not work. After returning late at night, I was unable to properly shower, and no solution was provided.Poor facilities, poor management, and zero attention to basic guest needs. Not recommended. Avoid.
Room was clean and spacious. Parking wasn't an issue. Hot tub and swimming pool were great additions as was the breakfast option. The restaurant on premises was perfect after a long day of travelling that entertained the whole family with food being delivered by train! Location was great for major attractions like Mitai and Skyline
Nothing. Great facilities for a motel and exactly as described.
Clean, Spacious, Good parking and good location
Just your average motel
The price for 1 night was very affordable as I needed a place to stay because my Dad was in the hospital and it was located 5-10mins drive to the Motel
Shower/bath didnt have a rubber mat to stand on
