The location of the accommodation suited me very well. The motel offered basic facilities, which were perfectly sufficient for my short stay.

While the stay was comfortable overall, the property would benefit from some updates and maintenance. In particular, the bathroom facilities need attention. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate, and the shower head seemed partially blocked, causing uneven water spray. The sink tap was also splashing water outside the basin, which made the bathroom floor wet.Additionally, there was a disturbing mechanical noise during the night. It appeared to be coming from outside, although I was unable to identify the exact source. The noise was quite disruptive, especially at night. I also noticed that the fire alarm appeared to be missing from the room — only the base unit was present, but the alarm device itself was not installed.

After seeing certain reviews I was very concerned but I needn't have been, the room was spacious and clean, the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water and the towels were changed daily

The staff were kind and the location was good.

Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The online photos looked clean, but the bungalow was dirty, especially the kitchen, with hair on the floor and dusty, greasy surfaces.

It was close to town, clean, the bed was comfortable just perfect for me and my 5 year old son. When we went out for the day to the Sky Gondalas and the park, we got bk to our room and I was very pleased with the service clean towels rubbish taken away, hot chocolate topped up

Bathroom had mild on the ceiling. Needed a good clean.

Wasn't a pleasant smell in room 14, wasn't very clean in the bathroom, around the light switch and the base boards were very dirty. The shower was blocked and hated having my feet in dirty grub blocked up water. It was more the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Gutted we couldn't use the pool or spa.

There was nothing pleasing, it was the worst holiday accommodation I have ever booked in my entire life.

We arrived to an uncleaned dirty apartment, nothing can truly describe how it was. I just wish I had read the Google reviews first before booking. Booked 3 nights, one night was totally unbearable so we had to leave the next morning.

Nothing, there was nothing to like at all.

Misleading information on booking.com, there was no pool there was no spa there was no mineral pool. The place should be closed, reception area is just a storage room, the hotel room was filthy! And I mean dirt that looks like it's been there for years. The grounds are really messy. We left after an hour and booked somewhere else. Wasted money, for the same amount of money being charged you can get something far far better. Will never return or recommend this place.

Spacious warm rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet location considering it's right in town.

Outdated decor. With fresh paint and updated furniture it could be an exceptional motel.

Washroom was so yuk, we I took shower whole shower filled up with the dirty water due to blocked drainage.

The room could comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Although the property is a bit old it was quite comfortable with all facilities that one could ask for. The room or the property does not have laundry facilities, which might become a problem if one chooses to spend a few days at the property. Everything that one could ask for in terms of shopping malls, supermarket, restaurants were all within close proximity.

Bathroom was functional. Clean and basic.

The motel is very central.

It’s nothing flash but if you’re only looking for a bed to sleep it’ll do the job. As with many lower priced motels these days there’s no stuff onsite. You have to ring a number which was a bit annoying in the pouring rain but the guy was there very fast.Most disappointing thing was no milk for my morning coffee. I thought that would/should be standard at least.
