The location is great. Just 10 minutes from Rotorua town. The alpacas, sheep, rabbits and playground were a huge hit with our kids. The room was specious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower was great.

The kitchen can be a little more equipped, like having a bowl for salad.

There are a few alpacas and sheep outside the room, and we were provided with complimentary food to feed and interact with them!Besides that, the room was also spacious and the facilities were good. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth.

Location is not exactly at Rotorua center. We had a rental car so it didn't bother us much

Room service just took out the garbage but didn’t actually clean anything.

Comfy and clean! Staff responded to questions rapidly. Feeding the alpacas was lovely. Also there was a sheep that loved side scratches.

It was raining when we arrived so when we pulled in my first thought was yikes what did we book? Well we booked a really awesome place is what we booked. Everything was wonderful and we even got to feed the alpacas.

We stayed in a self contained studio.If your looking for a place that isn't within walking distance to town this is it. We attended a sports tournament and it helped that it was away from town so we weren't tempted to easily walkabout when we needed to rest up for games. But it was only a 3-5 min drive to the nearest supermarket or fast food joints. The Management is super friendly. Entertainment wise they don't have Sky or Netflix installed but do have Chromecast. Overall very clean and a very comfortable stay.

One of our fave in our hotel during our NZ trip. We got new renovated room. And we love it! Kids were entertainted with the alpacas in the morning ?. So cute! Also their happy with the bath tub. Hotel also have basic thing that we need, kitchen, room, bathroom. Location is a lil bit outside from the centre, but reachable within 10 mins with car. Groceries also close to the hotel.

Room clean and nice aspect overlooking farm park. Shower and water pressure great Staff were great and gave me a room upgrade Close to supermarket, shops, and visitor attractions, however on a very busy road in and out of Rotorua

I had to take power card with me as its door key, I went to visit sick relative , got back to room in 5 degrees and it was cold, had air con but it didn't kick in straight away and there was no electric blanket on bed with crisp white sheets, -2 over night... you really need an electric blanket.

Beautiful clean place to stay with friendly helpful service. Great kids playground and petting zoo.

The location is amazing, near zorb and the luge The service at the counter was friendly and I formative, very helpful guy.Loved we could park right outside the door of our room.The animals onsite and playground looks fab for kids.The room was exceptionally clean, lots of towels and soap etc.The value was really good for the package, couldn't fault anything.

Their new appartments are just wonderful. Modern, comfortable, stylish and have everything you need. Peaceful and away from the road. We arrived very late and their check in was seamless. Their showers are incredible and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The older units are ok but the first few (1, 2 and 3) are just too close to the roads if you're a light sleeper. The new units towards the back with their own patio are wonderful. We were upgraded and really thankful as we got a fantastic sleep thanks to the kind owner.
