- The room was inferior. No USB outlets, no lamps next to bed. Restaurants were only open for breakfast. Cleanliness was sub par. It may have been a fine hotel in 1980, but quality not up to its star rating.
- front desk staff had the worst customer service I have experienced in many years of hotels stay. Insisted that only one person in the room could have complementary breakfast, and the second person would have to pay $27 for a mediocre meal
