The hot mineral baths

Loud people past 11 pm.

Excellent position. Can walk into town. Loved the hot pools. Room clean. Beds comfortable.

Does need a little updating in the bathroom and kitchen. No where to hang towels.

Close to what we were down there to do. Had plenty of room in the lounge, bathroom good size, shower was good.

Just in the bedroom not enough room to get out off the bed as it was nearly against the window. Had a single bed in that room also.

It was very clean and quiet, it had a lovely pool and private thermal bath

It was too far out of town as I didn’t have a car and as it was hot it not a pleasant walk, no cafes or bars close by but a few shops etc across the road

Swimming pool and thermal facilities.Helpful staff re:- use of laundry and local attractions/directions with map.

Bothered a little bit about the safety of the kids running and cutting through the carpark to and from swimming pool. Maybe a defined path could help, but then again parents should supervise the little ones.

Spacious room, well equipped kitchen, very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. Loved the swimming pool and thermal baths.

pool was great. kitchen and bedrooms were clean and well appointed. lots of easy car parking. plenty of bath towels. Staff are super helpful.

there were a few flies around the room & there wasn't any spray to kill them on the first night. The following day I asked for fly spray which came very quickly and the reception staff was very very helpful.

Everything! Room was spacious and comfortable. Mineral pools available! Can’t ask for more! Lovely lady at reception was so friendly and helpful!

not able to make dark as blinds to old, no night light, not able to regulate fan in the bathroom, main door and window need to be replaced as not able to lock the doors easily, not able to turn off outdoor light, which was annoying

Having stayed numerous times we love the Cleveland motel, the pool and the location

The smoke alarm beeping all night and the staff not doing anything about it

Location traffic very noisy

Great location, just a short drive to all the places we wanted to go. Also very handy to have a bakery a short distance away. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly what we expected - basic, but clean and comfortable, perfect for our large family. The pool was enjoyed by all. Washing machine and dryer cost $4 per load. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to families on a budget.

This property has had a revamp since the last time we stayed here. Very clean rooms, heated pool, private thermal spas, even a new ashphalt driveway. The staff were friendly and very helpful.We booked 2 rooms and both had everything we needed for our stay. 1 of my children left their tablet and we didnt even realise, i got a phone call from the front desk to let us know- i really appreciated the honesty.

I truely have no complaints.

Close to Luge, Zorbing and Eat Street. Fantastic staff. Went out of their way with their service.

Dated rooms. Carpets well used. Needs a bit of a revamp.Rooms a bit small.

Great facilities with a lovely pool of a good size. Rooms were big and the renovated rooms had lovely bathroom and kitchen. Even the ones not yet renovated were clean and functional. Staff were super nice and accommodating. The motel is on a main road but it’s still very quiet and calm. Only a short walk to the centre and restaurants etc.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good facilites, bike shed, hot pools, air conditioning, not far to city centre. Bakery, fruit shop and minimart really close. Fridge with small freezer as well.

At first, we stayed in the older room, which was clean and comfortable. We then moved to the deluxe room, which was newer and even nicer. Kath was incredibly kind and patiently helped us with every question. The warm pool was a wonderful bonus and really enjoyable.

Extra bonus with the geothermal baths and the swimming pool.

Bathrooms were a bit tired looking - but they were very clean! The shower temperature kept changing which was had to manage and potentially scalding.

Play area for children - staff were great in getting my ring back to me that I left there

Office closed half the day the wifi password was not given to us or anywhere in the room. Rang the number 5 times and got no answer - Edited**** I was going to change my review as I actually left my engagement ring there and didn't realise for a few days and they were absolutely lovely and helped me get it back which I will be forever grateful for but then I just seen their response to my original review - The office was not open 8.30-8pm the sign on the door said the office would be open between 9am - ??? and ??? to 6pm! Ring the number if an emergency. To which they didn't answer, I cant remember the other times but it was frustrating. When I was liasing with them about my ring - they said they were having issues with the phone??? The wifi password was not in the black book on the table as I looked in it thoroughly before I tried to go to the office to get the wifi password.
