the bed was very comfortable

the micro wave didn't work and the power points didn't work very well because my wife could charge her mobile. it wouldn't have been a nice place to stay if the staff could speak english properly i won't be back until the staff is changed

Good location.

The room shook when a large truck drove by. The room was very humid, windows were sweaty.

This motel was very basic and met our basic needs. The staff were great and did their best to accommodate us every way they could. They are new owners and my sense is they are going to make many improvements in the near future. At this time though, it is a very basic motel stay.

I was looking for an affordable roadside motel and would say it delivered on that. The front desk lady was very nice and helped me with a key/lock issue. I was pleasantly surprised by the multiple-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and hot plate. The concept of each room having a spa bath or hot tub on a private deck (I chose the spa bath) is also cool, although using the spa bath left me with a strange yellow residue on my skin.

The place definitely has potential but a few things should be improved. There were some ants in the kitchen and the inside of the tea kettle looked a bit rusty. The carpet/kitchen/spa bath/inside of the fridge (found trash inside) should have been cleaned more. My door also didn't lock from the outside at first, although someone came to repair this the same day. There were a lot of reminders to lock doors/windows which made me concerned about security - this could be improved with a security system and 24/7 reception. Overall, I think this place does have charm and the potential to be a great place to stay!

Noone at reception. Called the number for them to say our keys were in our room, door is unlocked.We had kids from next door going in and out of our room. Made me think they were in and out of our room prior to us arrivingNetflix and other apps werent working on both tvs. Tried connecting them to the wifi and they still wouldn't workConstant vibrating room from traffic. All night and dayOther than that. It be a nice olace to stay

An older motel but clean and comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. Happy to stay there again

The location of the Motel was great,and the room was spacious.

One thing that I didn't like about the motel was the bed. It was smelly and I found a strand of hair on my bed.The floor wasn't cleaned and the kitchen didn't provide a chopping board. In the shower the warm water takes more than 5 minutes to come out. Overall the hygiene in this hotel isn't great at all.

The whole experience. Booked accommodation at motel. Arrived to have a very difficult conversation with a huge language barrier. After 10 minutes of trying to understand was shown an address on Google maps, handed a set of keys and told to go there. Arrived at address and realised this was where we were to stay. We chose the motel as it had a spa pool, other accommodation did not, just a spa pool with leaves in it. Beds felt like they had been slept in without changing linen prior to us. Whole place smelt musty.

Owners were helpful but not the best English to try communicate, rooms need a re vamp, bits broken here and there, olds screw holes in walls etc but didn't bother us too much just the stove top didn't seem to turn off so when using one element both would be going but when not in use had switch on wall to turn off

Clean and had all that I needed

The bed was very hard and I found very uncomfortable. The other downside was there was a lot of noise with traffic, especially early in the morning. Double glazing would be useful.

The owners could not speak a word of English. There were ants all through the units. Everything was very run down the whole place need renovating. The bathroom was very unclean

Scum around the spa bath from previous guests. No washing up liquid / brushes for dishes.

Manager friendly, rooms clean and quite
