Friendly staff. Lovely big bedroom. Plenty of space for suitcases etc. Ideal location to the centre of town and to tourist attractions.

Nothing, as our stay was quite lovely!

.The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen that made our stay very convenient. The staff were friendly and flexible, even accommodating a late check-in. The location is great for sightseeing and is well-suited for families or longer stays.

The shower and toilet are close together, which can make the floor wet.

Everything was perfect. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchenette had everything we needed. Best place we've stayed in Rotorua so far. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner found that the mezzanine floor was a little bit hard to negotiate at night and the floor in the bathroom was slippery after a shower. Although we managed it did feel a little unsafe for us.

Good sized single bedroom unit. Great bed, comfortable two seater couch. Friendly helpful staff.

Bedroom was upstairs, facilities all downstairs, no stair lights. Bathroom facilities due for refurbishment as are creaking stairs. Bedroom has a single, small opening window on security stays to provide fresh air. Flat screen Samsung TV provided inadequate entertainment.

Great space and facilities. On site laundry which is very convenient. Clean and comfortable beds and towels. A 5 min drive to the main centre where the bars, shops and parks are. Good value for money.

Everything was good but you would need a car to drive in and out of the centre….

Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable. We were allowed to have an earlier check in.We particularly liked the hot tub. The children’s playground area was a bonus.

One room for 6 people(adults), bathroom outdated, crowded parking, expensive for what you get.

Arista is located on one of the main streets of Rotorua which made it easy to access all the attractions. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was plenty of room for our family. Arista is very much an old fashioned motel… the staff even walked us to our room to show us where everything was.

We stayed in the front 3 bedroom unit and this meant we could hear the traffic noise. This unit was also right next to the office so we could hear people coming and going until the office closed at 8pm. The stairs were also very creaky.

We were very pleased with the size, layout and cleanliness of the kitchen space and the tea/coffee/milk/toiletries provided. The property was large with plenty of beds and the outdoor area was nice and private.

Could be a bit tight to maneuver a vehicle within the complex. The downstairs bathroom sink was a bit small.

Nice cottage for a family of five.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Lara was very helpful at all times.

The towel could have been a bit softer.

The beds were really comfortable. The location is perfect. Our friends had the car during the day but we could still get to a lot of sightings on foot because of its central position. The staff was really really lovely.

The showerhead hangs a bit low, so it was a little weird to use. We didnt have a lot of natural light downstairs.

A comfy room with everything we needed for a short stay. The private hot tub was such a lovely bonus. A small playground was good for keeping the kids entertained too.

The bathroom floor got quite slippy after showers - the shower curtains didn't do a good enough job of containing the water/spray.

The living room / kitchen / bedroom looks out on to the courtyard so you need to close the curtains to get privacy so not a lot of natural light

The people were very friendly and nice. There was a cat, and a cat from the next door motel as well. The soaps were delightful. We liked having a huge living room separate from the sleeping area. We liked having a short wall between the sleeping areas. We liked the towel warmers and private spa tub.

This part of Rotorua is one motel after another all lined up. It seems hard to go wrong with your choice.

Room met our needs. The location is great. Staff were friendly, checking and check out was smooth and the room was clean. The room had a spa though we didn’t have time to use it :)
