All Seasons Holiday Park

Hotel was loved by kids for theme, indoor pool. Location was lovely. Would have spent longer. Bonus robes included.

Only had 1 bed, charged extra for a cot. Plate of rotting food in microwave. Duvet was mud streaked.

The pool was very clean ,with an amazing spa for adults. local trips were very accessible by bus or car. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. very basic but a great base to see around Rotorua on a budget.

Wifi would come and go but wasn't a big issue.

The squeaking toilet door,, horrendous. The inconvenience of the lost remote when we first arrived, so had to annoy the staff about it, then the replacement didn't work properly, The lack of hand soap that was watered down in the bathroomThe lack of conditionerThe fridge wasn't clean The dusty smell in the room when we arrived, and lingered the whole stay. Very dusty, musty. Quite a horrible wet dog/carpet smell mixed with dust. We were quite disappointed as we have stayed here numerous times over the years and always loved it. I expect a higher standard for $655 for two nights!,

We usually stay in motels and it was our first time at a Holiday park, New Year's Eve was rocking. Loved seeing all the different campsites and families enjoying their time. We had a cabin that slept 6 it was cozy and warm and had all the basic necessities .Very kid friendly with lots to do.

My only blip was having to walk over to the toilets during the night, I know for next time not to over indulge in the food and drink

Had everything that we needed. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Wheelchair accessible room/ bathroom.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Great for kids with pool and playground, and grassy areas to play. Great variations of beds available in accomodation, eg 3 singles, or King and single bed, or King and bunks. Loved that there weren't gates with codes at entry and exit.

Staying with two young kids, the pool, playground and dinosaurs were the highlight

I love the pool my kids cant get enough. The park is clean tidy and rooms have everything u need for a getaway. Beds are comfortable blankets are warm and the extra bedding uncase is such a lovely gesture for those extra cold customers. Love the heaters they keep the room toasty and warm.

Close to shops ans great swimming pool set up. Super friendly staff!!

Disappointing

Duvet inners weren’t in covers. Although there were clean sheets on the beds, the one bedsheet reeked of sweat, and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. Also, there were heaps of dirt and good bits in between the couch cushions. I expected a little better for the price we paid.

Absolutely everything one of our favourite places to stay & holiday, perfect location for our family with an autistic toddler.

The milk in fridge was expiredThe bottom of the shower wasn’t cleaned and the shampoo and conditioner looked weird so didn’t use it. The towels were stiff and didn’t seem as clean other than that it was great

Everything about the place is excellent. The service is friendly, the facilities are super clean and well equipped. The pool hours are awesome - especially for families and its great that it's heated! All seasons is well looked after and a great place to stay. In all honesty it's been my favorite stay in the last few years! I will definitely be booking here again :) The fact that there were dinosaurs around is just an added bonus for my dino loving son!

Family friendly, loads of activities for kids in the kids cave, outdoor and the pool, plus exploring all the dinosaurs around the property too. Close to the airport, dairy up the road for quick grabs, fresh choice not too far either.

No complaints here.

I liked how the reception lady meet our needs as a family and accommodated us well
