Looks new, nice and modern room. Thanks for the upgrade and also gave my son a separate room.

Great check in, nice staff. Perfect location close to everything. Nice to be able to do laundry during my long travels. Great price point. Really enjoyed it here.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the room/s were well appointed, airy and bright, clean, and comfortable, the facilities (laundry, picnic tables/outdoor dining) were simple to find/use and clean, the location was excellent.

Nothing really. At first we had a challenge with the WiFi, but that was not the fault of the hotel and they addressed the issuee and "fixed" things quickly, giving us an alternative in the meantime.

Very rude cleaning staff!!!! Asking us to leave in a rude way at 10. We stayed for 2 days and there several things missing in the apt like hair dryer and iron etc….

The room was clean, having a washing machine and dryer was handy because we had a water activity and having the facility to wash and dry wet clothes was very helpful.

We checked in after hours and the intercom speaker outside the entrance wasn't working properly so communicating to the staff was nearly impossible. If we didn't buy a local sim card to call them over the phone for instructions, we would've struggled to get in. We helped another person checking in (luckily at the same time as us) because they didn't have a local phone number.Also, there was no fan in the bathroom so after shower it became a bit too steamy.

The location is outstanding. It's located in a nice part of town and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery store. I liked that we had a washing machine and dryer in the room - very convenient. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of hangers in the closet, nice kitchen/dining area. Surprisingly good coffee! Also, the check-in service was very good. They provided us with lots of information on the area. Very helpful.

Had a problem with the dryer in the room that caused us to have to line dry a few items, but staff did offer the use of another dryer. We didn't need it, but I appreciated that they were very service oriented and on it!

Perfect location, very comfortable room with all appliances, we even had a chance to do laundry (washer and dryer in the room). Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was in a great location. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and quiet. We also liked the daily cleaning and that it had a washer and dryer.

We wish the check in times were for a longer period.

Great location and a clean apartment with convenient features. Excellent communication especially as we were arriving after office hours.

Location. Easy to access attractions and also the Thursday Night market is on the doorstep. A must if you stay on a Thursday night

Clean and the staff were friendly

Our heat pump stopped working so one night was quite hot. Staff did try and rectify this so not a big issue

No car parking - possible to leave car outside for the evenings/night but have to move it during the day

Booked this hotel because of the great location and because it had onsite parking. Arrived to discover that they only had parking available for micro 2 door cars, not the small SUV we had hired. Had to park on the street and move the car each hour until 5pm.

Great lo ation very roomy and clean and comfortable too. Helpful staff

Room was quiet, had good window coverings for privacy from the close occupied buildings across the street. It was nice and sunny. Very comfortable.

Only issue was the washing machine in the room didn’t work properly.

Central location spacious room, comfortable beds, great staff. Street parking easily available. Lift to upper floors.

Apartment was well equipped.

Parking was an issue. No designated space, had to park on meters on street.

It was a clean apartment with all the facilities you need in the centre of Rotorua.

Washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully supplied with equipment. I liked the leafed towel rack

Felt like upgraded hostel and service from front desk was ok not like in a hotel as they also had limited hours
