Motel is old and tired. Needs upgrade Sitting on the bed when one end collapsed. I had to lift the queen bed up and reinsert 2 feet Mineral pool was cold Shower hot water pressure was very low so had COLD shower Used towel left in the bthrm No sharp

Nothing the place is the pits the photos don’t do it justice on the booking app as they are old photos the place sure as heck doesn’t look like that now it’s terrible. They need to have some care and look after the grounds, mow the lawns. A major upgrade is in need as the place is barely staying above ground. The hot water only lasted 3 showers before it went cold for the other 2 occupancy as we were a family of 5.

The location was good and the spa bath was a bonus plus we were on the bottom floor, however I did see there was a lift for the upstairs rooms not that we used it.

The place needs alot of TLC such as cracks in ceilings, holes in doors, and it was a bit musty too - maybe upgrade the TV to smart

We had a family room - two rooms with four beds. Beds were clean and comfortable. An extra pillow or two would have been nice. Location was handy to town. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a simple meal. We had a new fridge and toaster. It was a little noisy - road and other people around. We were in the front part of the motel, opening the window to our the back, the place looked like it was falling down! A lot of work needed. A power point wasn't working and some of the window latches were a bit dodgy.

I would never swim in the spa. It was run down and needed some serious work.

Location in Rotorua great, close to everything as a visitor

You need to put in a community petition to get rid of your gang affiliated neighbours, stupid idiot walking up and down the road pushing bins over and screaming outside with a knife, that guy needs to get away from such an awesome place, he don’t deserve it

Price is affordable and close to Woolworths.

The facility is very old.

The noise, the smell like cigarette, the parking wasnt secured. The shower wasnt wasnt working properly. The bed is smelly when you used its icchty to the skin

The photo and the place do not match, we arrived late would not have stayed there if i knew where i was we booked and paid two night, did not stay the second night, left first thing in the morning - went to the supermarket and brought Glen 20 spray emptied the can everywhere including the sheets and beds. Bathroom was disgusting, Kitchen was dirty floors bench and dishes table all dirty. Spa was dirty - just so dirty Floor wasn't vacuumed, asked office to come and vacuum. Glasses left form prior guests, still in the room was not worth the money. Booked into another motel, I wish i had read the reviews this place should be closed or a high-pressure hose taken to the rooms

Room was suitable for those of us who stayed and the location was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all amenities.

The location was great. Easy to find and plenty of off street parking. Lovely warm radiators in the rooms and bathroom. The hot shower was great.

The property was a run down. There was crumbs/dust/roof on the duvet cover which was over our pillow. Fair price for the accommodation.

Staff was great and friendly spa was good but abit to high for people with knee problems.But it was a great room.

Windows need a good clean hard to open and wasn't really that warm.

Bad

We shocked as soon as we saw the motel !!It was not like we saw in the photos. The building was very old, the steps were rusty.Every thing in the room were rotten, cabinets, doors, floors etc. Beds, sheets not clean, I found hairs and markes on the sheets.Everything was awful. I never recommend this motel to anyone.

This place is really bad.

The building looks like about to collapse. The roof has a leak marks. So cold and the furniture are dirty and stinks.

Convenient to where I was going

The door couldn't shut unless you locked it,microwave rusted inside,fridge was unstable,shower had to turn right around to even get warm,close the shower curtain and it was dark,TV wasn't working and lights were dull,do I need to say,for the money you pay ?.

Nothing to like

Everything about my stay was disappointing. The environment was filthy, and the price they charged was absurd. Not all switches in the room had power, and the bathroom was blocked. They didn't provide any shampoo or soap, and there was no heater or air conditioner. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. The staff were as unhelpful as the motel itself. The place was unhygienic and not suitable for families.

It was quiet. While the beds were very old, the mattresses were comfortable.

Very run down externally and inside. Dirty and stained chair covers, tea towels, rusted out microwave, illegal set up for smoke alarm. Caked on dust on fan. Toilet that wouldn’t flush the paper down. Spa in attached back room was not working we were told which was ok, but there were other peoples thongs and buckets of water out there!
