Baden Lodge Motel - PRIVATE SPA Bath

Host was friendly and helpful

The car park was very small.Spa bath was well used part were broken.

Clean and quiet. Good service.

The staff were nice and tried hard to accommodate.

It’s not well maintained and a lot of things were ‘work in progress’ at best. Front of house were very nice but the maintenance team need to get themselves into gear and fix some things.

The lady who was front of house/manager/ house keeper in fact everything was very attentive, friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived.

Accomadation did not meet expectations for the price we paid, this may have been the time we visited and events running in local area. everything was dated and tired in need of updating.

There was lots of space . We were in unit 7 which had two bedrooms and a kitchen . There was also a small table with chairs . The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful . We even got a complimentary small bottle of pink Prosecco & chocolates for Valentine’s Day which was a lovely touch . Free parking .

The bathroom seriously needed up graded . Although it was clean and large , the taps were tarnished and the mirror rusted a little . One of the lights were broken above the sink . The shower head spray was needing to be replaced .

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The decor is very dated and the motel is old and in need of an overhaul.

The room was cozy n felt very family orientated. Compact yet spacious for my grandson to runabout. Minimal noise for a busy road,and everything conveniently close(shop,gas station etc)

There was nothing to complain about! It was a great stay away from home.

The property was well set out, my kids absolutely loved the spa but it’s always good to have some spa cleaner on hand for these types of properties, you never know what filth is lurking in those jet and it’s better to be safe then sorry

It didn’t feel the cleanest but I know it was as clean as it could be..

Location was great and close to town, size of spa pool the friendly staff who were always accomodating to our different needs

There isn’t any aircon especially for the top floor which was so hot when we stayed.

The staff ataahua, has everything I needed for my trip, close to everything I needed to attend, close to amenities when needed, magnificent

Comfier beds

The management was an absolute blessing.And in turn that made our stay so more pleasant and comfortable.

I think because we travelled in a long and large vehicle a 12 seater van, parking was difficult however again management, with their assistance made a suggestion which made our parking and stay amazing

The spa was the only good thing about this place. And the beds were comfy.

The property appears poorly maintained and outdated, with noticeable dust throughout the premises. Additionally, the towels provided were unclean and did not meet acceptable hygiene standards. Upon arrival, I was also charged an additional $30 for an extra guest, despite the booking information clearly stating that the room accommodates up to five people. This charge was unexpected and inconsistent with the advertised room capacity.

The spa was outside but covered, didnt matter if it was raining. Staff were absolutley amazing, very welcoming.

Not alot of power points in the room and a couple didnt look that safe, and no outside light out where spa was.

I really liked how clean and tidy the hotel room was. The bed was comfortable and the room felt warm and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided, and the layout made the space feel relaxing rather than cramped. The bathroom was spotless and well stocked, private spa was the winner Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a great place to unwind.

The bed was ok the room needs cleaning had food on walls ..spa didn't work and everytime turn water on smelt gas and in spa area was dirty and rusty tables in ccalifont needs a revamp ..we booked for 2nights only stayed 1

Parking was right for our bigger vehicles, might be worth noting but overall great place to stay with the whānau.

The location an how helpful and polite the management were.

Check tv aerial, plus please have instructions on how to use the TV remote ( especially for us oldies

The room was clean. Shower was hot and good pressure.

The kitchen facilities were out dated and limited space to prepare food. No bed side lamps, or air conditioning. No air flow through the room. Parking was very difficult.
