Number plate reader didn’t work properly a couple of times and got locked out after hours.

Would be tight with all the beds filled, but worked for just my husband and daughter and I.

The roof leaked during our stay. Granted it did rain a lot while we were there, but we had to put a bucket in the kitchenette to collect the dripping water.

love how clean the room is, and the bed is incredibly comfortable to sleep in. Everything we needed was provided, and the location is fantastic! just a short drive to most of the tourist attractions. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Rotorua

Our only complaint is the air conditioner,it wasn’t able to make the room cold enough. We ended up sleeping with all the windows open because it felt cooler that way, but the downside was the noise from cars outside. The aircon looks quite old and doesn’t seem powerful enough to cool even the small room, which made it hard to sleep comfortably, especially since it’s summer.Additionally, the sink in the toilet is quite small and seems partially blocked, as the water drains very slowly.Overall, we really appreciate and love the room, and the hot pools were a great way to end a long day of exploring.

Good amenities, the pool and geothermal pools were lovely, kitchen was well stocked and we had a great visit

The bed was super comfy , so peaceful & relaxing , with an amzing view in a stunning location The room equipped with everything you need

Cellphone Reception wasn't the greatest

Love everything about the cabin we stayed. Right by the pool and spa.

The bed was a little hard but very clean . We stayed for 5 nights and our room was clean once too.

Nice, tidy, kid friendly. Everything was givingggggg!

Thermal Pool, Swimming Pool, Go carts for the kids

The lady said my children could ride on the go carts and then old man told my children they weren’t allowed on it and needed to pay.

We were down for the Aotearoa Maori Ball Tournament, Tasman Holiday Park was ideal for its central location to all the venues the games were being played at, as well as all your other shopping needs. Hope to book here in advance.

Easy check in, easy to navigate grounds, comfy room and beds.

Could vaguely hear the other people in the other rooms.

Pleasant apartment with parking right in front, located in a lovely campsite – easy to drive into – great pool area with thermal baths – everything you need, everything was perfect, would definitely stay again.The town center is easily reachable on foot.Plenty of leisure activities nearby.

We did not understand why they not just sent us the code to drive in electronically - we first had to find the letter that was deposited for us near the reception until we could access with car through the barrier - that was not optimal and a bit „old school“ - but is realy just a minor thing that could have been improved. Nothing else to complain. We were super happy with our appartment and would choose the same accomadation again - next time we stay in Rotorua.

Facilities were clean. Kids had everything they needed. Not far from the shops and the park outside the holiday park. Can drive to the luge, redwoods is not far as well.

Clean room. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot, mineral tub. Lots of kids in the pool.

Somewhat basic furniture but everything was clean and comfortable.

We live the pool, and hot tubs. Like the christmas activities for the kids

Not friendly staff, no internet connection, very small space, etc…

Nice hot shower.Good location could walk into town and park nearby with natural thermal pools.Good cooking facilities.

Gate was a bit fiddly to get in and out.No blind in the cabin light shone in.

Staff were very helpful and check in was easy.Pool was lovely and well maintained.Great park and giant pillow for the children to play on, despite being a popular site it was very quiet.The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
