Regent of Rotorua Boutique Hotel

Location was excellent! Great amenities! Finesse was very accommodating.

The room was extremely warm when we arrived. Finesse came and adjusted the a/c. It took 10-15 minutes to cool down. Then the shower didn’t have warm water. They gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconveniences

Very clean, tidy, a bit impersonal but we were lucky to have found a reservation there and would have liked to stay longer but that wasn’t possible.

Everything! What a fine! Just stunning outside courtyard and facade. The room was a beautiful size and offered 2 big beds both king from memory. There was a beautiful and comfortable lounge area, bathroom was big and clean, computer or workstation in the room. Access into the property was super easy and all on ground level. It was worth every penny.

Nothing about the property itself, unfortunately there was a bit noise by council workers/ or someone early on a Sunday emptying the glass recycle but that was it.

A stunning property. My second stay there and will stay again. Very close to eat street.

The staff were fantastic at accommodating our needs when we needed to change dates. We ended up with a far superior room - the 3 bedroom apartment - than the two hotel rooms we'd initially selected, for around the same price.The whole place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was a perfect temperature.I will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rotorua.

It was clean and easily accessible. The bed was real comfortable and there were plates, cups etc to make light snacks in our room. Staff were courteous and professional.

The description of an 'indoor pool' is inaccurate- it is a hydrotherapy pool - not a swimming pool

It was exactly what was needed in Rotorua for a one night stay. Super comfortable bed especially.

The atmosphere in dining area stark but we didn’t eat there.

Central location. Easy check in. Very quiet. Very clean and looks like it has recently been renovated - very neat and tidy.

Loved the indoor thermal pool on a rainy afternoon. Great restaurant for dinner with a lovely friendly waitress and delicious food.

Room was like we were put in the back had stairs to climb up no elevator had to walk bags up noisy from street toilet got blocked they unblocked the toilet but didn't clean it not a very good experience there staff friendly outside area wet not nice to walk on feels unsafe won't be going back there for how much it cost for 2 nights nothing special at this hotel

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was beautifully new, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a lovely balcony that made the space feel even more relaxing. The bed was super comfy. Everything about the room felt thoughtfully designed and generously sized, making it easy to unwind after a day out. A wonderful experience overall and a place we’d happily return to.
