Room was large, bed was very comfortable! The lift was really appreciated!

TV channels are lacking, the spa bath was filthy! No toaster in the room.

The curtain rail was hanging off the wall, we were given one towel each, one ply toilet paper and only one full roll. The trout flies were disgusting and sky stopped working completely . The jug didn't close and didn't turn off which was dangerous. The lawns and gardens were well over grown and around the pool looked awful with all the weeds . Really disappointed and we paid good money per night.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful for any needs we had even when the A/C did not work. Pool was amazing and easy access to the lake.

Car required for shops.

I booked a twin bedNo towels in the roomArrived at 9.30pm so couldn't rectify anything until the morning. I had to sleep on the couch so my 6ft grandson could have the bed

This place is rated 4.5 stars but far from that. Room only average. Shower room wall joins all moldy, curtains all wrinkled,, window latches very old, ceiling patched - only should be 3 stars. Also advertised with breakfast and dinner available, however they have no breakfast on a Monday and the night we stayed, the chef was sick so the restaurant was not open.

The location was perfect. Right on the lakeside with the possibility of swimming in the lake if you wanted to. The staff were kind and friendly.

The pools were dirty, pump and filter was not working. Furnitures outside were broken and dirty - it was a pity because the pool area is really very nice

Our room didn't have cutlery thats the only thing

This hotel has lovely lake views . And a nice swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and well equipped .

The restaurant is closed on Monday evening, and it is quite a way to drive to the town to eat . Also the spar bath wasn't working in the bathroom. And we didn't find out until we had filled it up .

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Really enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. Nice views of the lake. Was a nice spot to escape the children for a night!

Good location right by the lake. Really nice venue

Really nice resort but doesn’t appear to be maintained. Great shower but the rest of bathroom very tired and needs refresh. Pool area could also do with an upgrade, full of weeds, and sun loungers falling apart. Two out of three hot tubs and one of the two saunas didn’t work.

The location is great and the staff are friendly

The facilities were tired and not up to standard for a 4 star resort. The kitchenette had no cooking facilities and not even a toaster. The aircon was rubbish and although the rooms were clean, they were well in need of renovation

My daughter had a steak burger for dinner in the restaurant, the steak was tough and difficult to cut

The location on the lake was good.

Even with the windows closed, a ton of insects get into the room at night. Also, the staff's attitude is terrible. My friend who was staying with me left his passport in the security box, so we contacted the motel, but they didn't do anything about it.I contacted them many times over the course of three days, and although they said they would call me back, they never did.In the end, I went directly to the motel. However, they didn't even check the security box.And, incredibly, they entered a room where other guests were already checked in, without the guests' permission, and started looking for their passports. (The guests were not in the room at the time, but their luggage was visible inside.)Our passports were returned to us, but their response was terrible.

It was a nice position, and the cook was excelllent

There’s mould in the bathrooms. We tried to tell the staff about this but was told the manager was out
