Room has no tea towels.Toilet roll holder had no screw and fell over constantly.The shower tap fell out also no screw. Luckily we didn't have toddlers.Entire shower tile wall was loose and close to falling off.The reading lights seemed to be for show only. No switches to turn them on.Told Reception on check out. Didn't seem interested

One of the biggest hotel rooms I've had. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom, although in need of up dating was also of a generous size.

If your looking for a 'warm kiwi welcome' this is not the place! We arrived at 2.15 to check in - there was no one on the reception desk. When the duty manager arrived he told us that we had to 'go away and come back at 3pm'. No offer to check if a room was available, store luggage, suggest an activity. Nothing. Just 'you have to go away'. An hour later we went back - no one on reception. On departure two days later we still had to wait for someone to attend the front desk.

Great property close to town. Staff were very nice.

Bed made my back very sore, had to go get it sorted.

One thing and only one thing we had no internet in our room.

The room was discussing. , stains on sheets and carpet. The wallpaper was peeling and had debree on the floor, clearly not vacummed. The draws had tagging in them, and the hot water was intermittent, not working. They refused to refund me . They offered me a complimentary dessert to apologise and then proceeded to try to charge me for it the next morning on departure.. The worst hotel experience I've ever haf

Very Large rooms, comfy beds in a great location

Wifi didn't work so no connection for TV, hotel info etc, spa bath has no spa, rooms need lots of maintenance, facility is just very tired and not 4 star

I believe the breakfast could be improved upon by having signs for the food in the cereal area.I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and hash browns. There was a good variety to choose from

Not having beetroot in the cereal and fruit area that seemed odd.And too no teatowels or kitchen cloth In the kitchen area of our rooms.Also there is an assumption that everyone has technology to download the hotel apps.

Location was good, room was spacious

Internet didnt work, therefore had no TV, had spa bath in room, the spa function didn't seem to work, the shower has a long time grime build up with green stain and what looks to be mould in the tiles, notified management about internet/TV issues but it didnt get remedied.

The bed was comfortable.

The room was kind of looking like the picture, but I have to say it was very dated. This hotel definitely needs a renovation! Decoration, style, and almost everything was very old. The breakfast was bad, and no way looked like the pictures.

Facilities where a bit old and need some love and upgrading. Tile.grout brown and moody. Needs new grouting and sealant throughout. Bar was closed.at night. With most people and the place full. Having a later bar opening would be great.

The size of the room & that it had a spa

The breakfast was very nice, Value for the money. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed.

The spa in the room was not working. There was no ramp or access for the trolley to get to level 1. It was hard to take the luggage into our room.

Nice spot to stay with kids. Big rooms. Spa bath.

Lighting in hallway walkway areas could be better little bit dim/spooky. Lift the vibe with some better lighting.

Ideal location, we only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable.

The space I have an autistic grandson, and adhd granddaughter and they loved the space and spa bath. The beds were beautiful to sleep in.

No cooking facility.

Love the view and l love the team they always give me my room and l been there so many times Abha is the manager his cool guy lovely to deal with
