Thermal Oak Motel

The staff were very welcoming. The room was cosy, clean and well stocked.Nothing was too much trouble.A little jar of lavender oils was left next to the spa - a very nice touch!

Nice room with small kitchen with supplies.Very well appointed with all needs. Very clean. Coffee and tea items furnished. Spacious and very comfortable. Private parking. So quiet.

There were no negative concerns.

Safe free parking, great sized room, washing machine available.

Nothing was bad.

Easy to find, clean and good size room. Parking available.

Room was clean, bed was quite comfortable

Our room was right by reception, so was a little bit loud

Great location. Clean room. Spacious rooms. We had the King Suite and it was perfect for our little family of 4. Great value for money.

No complaints.

We had a great stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is available. Please note that the pool mentioned in previous reviews is no longer in operation. We can really recommend this accommodation.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Great location close to cafes/restaurants and tourist attractions. Allowed for early check in which was much appreciated.

Nothing wrong-just wrong time of year and we did not have a car so there wasn’t much to do and no one on the property to give us advice.

Easy to use parking in the back of the hotel and a very soft bed that was great to sleep in after a long day.

Sadly the room I was staying in didn’t have a blind over the kitchen window and the bed had view of the window. Had to use a towel as a makeshift blind.

They check us in early which was great coz we were tired from our journey and the location is near from activities and grocery.

Going up stairs with our large luggage

Easy to find and get to the rooms.

Wooden staircase leads to the rooms and seems to be a bit dangerous.

Good location, central to everything, clean

No issues

Nice clean and tidy studio with a small sofa. It is a pleasant motel and suited us just fine.

Spacious room, clean, quiet, lovely staff close to town, had everything we needed.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Were accommodating with check out

It was fine

The room was comfortable, some rooms have small couches and others only have chairs - we had the room with the chairs. The kitchenette was functional with good quality pans but quite limited with only two of everything (two bowls, forks, spoons, etc. ) which sometimes made cooking meals a challenge. Property was clean, bed was decent, shower was great.

The inflexiblity of the check in times and limited options for securely providing credit card information outside of business hours was a challenge. It is also located a little further from the main town than ideal.

Easy walk to shops

Rundown, nothing like it looks within pictures. Cut our stay short, outdoor facilities and backyard very dirty. Smoke alarm and emergency utilities outdated. Not worth time or money.

I like the amenities and space provided in the room. It made the space feel very comfortable and allowed everyone to have their own private time.

Minor mishap: The bathroom in our room did not have a base to hold in the water to the rest of the bathroom, so water spread across to the rest of the bathroom facilities like the sink and toilet.
