Found my 4 night stay very pleasant

I had room 2 and found that the bright light coming in all night from next door, shined through the toilet window the toilet door kept slowly opening during the night and wouldn't stay closed. The bright reflection was not present.

The staff were excellent! The hosts were phenomenal and welcomed us warmly

The only downside was it was a bit far from the town walking.(20 min walk) We didn't have a car. Bus service was good. The hosts did however have bikes for us to use and they did offer to drive us into town when they were available.

Staff. They are so friendly and helpful. They come forward to help you in anyway they can.

everything above, the lady at reception, Tristen may have been her name, my apologies' if wrong, showed us to the room, popped a bottle of milk in the fridge, and waived my 6yr old grandson who was a last-minute decision, to finally unclingy, from mum and join dad and grandad for a boy's weekend. was very taken with spa in our unit. and cannot wait for our next trip away.

Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy.The stay was enjoyable.

Had everything we needed and then some - we even got a bottle of milk at check in. Had a great stay, wish we were there longer. Despite being full, we didn't hear anyone after 9pm or before 9am. Pool and spa were kept very clean.

The bath was wonderful, had a rough weekend an the bath was perfect

Had to park further away from our room as my truck couldn't fit, but not a big deal

The carpet seemed dirty. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom had modern furnishings. Centrally located.

It looked a little bit worn and dated.

Comfortable bed and chairs. Loved the hot tub and swimming pool. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Units roomy and quiet, warm swimming pool, hot tubs, friendly staff , clean , good aircon , close to amenities a great stay

Hot tubs could of been warmer

Spacious two bedroom unit, dishwasher was a bonus, loved the heated pool and spa, very clean and tidy.

The water temperature in the shower was variable, shifting between too hot and too cold without touching the controls.Patchy lino job and unfinished repairs in the bathroom.Really old spa pool that could use a repaint.

Good location if you have a car (3min drive to town) to get you around, otherwise about a 20min walk into town or the bus. Staff were very friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you may need. The rooms are a little old/dated but everything was great overall.

Location and the room itself. Very clean and fresh linens.

The staff was lovely, and the outdoor pool was a nice treat. The room was large and comfortable.

The hotel is located about halfway between the main downtown area and Te Puia. Both are walkable, but are for those who enjoy longer walks (20-25 min). There are two grocery stores 10-15 min walking distance, but not many restaurants close by. This is a location better suited to someone with a car.

Didn't have breakfast, spacage clean

Had no air conditioning or electric fan because of it was hot not alot ventilation
