The layout is different than the picture. Only one room has air conditioning. The other room with three beds without heat.

There is saying you get what you pay, and I paid less NZ$100 so for that value was great but would I stay again? No. The place is decent but there is this BIG details where it makes you feel like place is not quite clean not to say dirty. Look at the pics and be the judge.

The space was big and ample room.
The room was dark and the lights fixtures had low watt bulbs. We had to move bulbs around to see to read.

The room was nice, it had everything we needed. Loved the spa bath, maybe could do with some touch ups in the bathroom but it was so nice to relax in that bath.Kitchen had everything needed.

No aircon which may make it warm during summer however doors front and back may allow breeze through

Big room. Spa bath. Good Landry area.
The rooms have poor sound insulation and the room next to us had a party ALL NIGHT ( no fault of the staff etc, but was extremely noisy and worst night sleep)
