Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Payments made with cash and Eftpos do not incur any surcharges. Our hotel teams will be required to confirm the vaccination status of guests. This will be done during the booking process and on check in. The hotel team is required to check vaccination certificates of guests for both vaccination doses or medical exemption forms at the hotel and in the restaurant and bars.
