Description was two bathrooms, but actually one plus second separate toilet. Isolation switch for fridge and microwave should be labelled.

Host was amazing , clean, modern appliances, own washing machine and dryer, amazing bathroom - huge shower. Massive tv in lounge and even a tv in bedroom

Clean, quiet and very well equipped. Our stay was very comfortable. The room has a coffee machine and cooking facilities and a spa pool. Most importantly the bed is very comfortable and when it's closed up, no sulfur smell is present. Being away from the main Fenton St makes our stay very peaceful and quiet. It's a shame I only stayed for one night. Would definitely book again if I ever go to Rotorua again.

Apartments are very roomy. The shower is nice and spacious and the lounge area has lots of seating options. You also have your own bbq and spa - well suited for families. Tristan was really nice and friendly at both check in and check out.

Cost was a bit pricey.

Good Motel in a quiet street. Our rooms were spacious and nice and clean. Staff very friendly. The room came with a hot tub and designated parking space. Kitchen was good (dishwasher, laundry washer). Bathroom and separate loo. All good, clean with plenty of space.

It was a little out of town. This is only a problem if you want to walk to get dinner etc. On the dates we stayed, the local places were all closed (Christmas/New Year). We drove to the Supermarket (6 mins away) and had food in.

Minor comments that didn’t impact our overall enjoyable stay. LR could have used a non-overhead lamp. Lighting color temperature throughout was cold and harsh making it feel sterile and less homelike.

Few things like the awning in the deck area didnt have the hook to extend it out, BBQ has rusting wheels... I didnt mind it enough to complain but for a 10 out 10, these would have been the things that mattered.AC unit in our room needed some love, didnt really do what you set it on and seemed to have issues. We just used the oil heater on a low setting.My wife pinted out she didnt want to use the kettle due to a bit of limescale build up on the pouring nozzle. She also mentioned the sink had a bad smell and may need a bit of drain cleaner down it. But we avoided dishes during our stay so it wasn't an issue.Again all things understandable both ways, and forgiven pretty easily.
