Kelly Rd Cambridge Lodge

Lovely staff. Really welcoming and helpful.

Having to leave after 1 night!

Clean, tIdy and spacious.

The young man at check in was very helpful as we had brought our bikes to cycle the Waikato River Trail and they have an area to store the bikes - he arranged access for us early in the morning. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and the room was immaculate, bed comfortable and kitchenette well set up.

The rooms were really well appointed, the beds very comfortable and accommodation very clean and tidy. My check in with Dan was great and other staff that I met were very friendly. The location was really good. I have stayed there before and will definitely stay there again.

So clean, beautiful furnishings and friendly staff

Clean, modern, comfortable, well appointed, rooms.

Other guests inconsiderate...

Comfortable

Very poor wi fi coverage unable to work in room, very limited sky channels , no news

Danny and his team were very accommodating. The room was very comfortable with quality products. Great cleaning.

When we arrived the young man on reception was very helpful and friendly and showed us to our unit to check that it was all good.

This place is spotless and has everything you need. The staff were so super helpful, the beds so comfortable and the rooms really spacious. Hands down the nicest place I have stayed in. Supermarket and cafe next door as well.

Absolutely nothing!

Clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom, helpful staff.

The internet! Perhaps it was just our room, I don't know, had trouble connecting and when connected was quite slow. Connection was lost continually and had to manually reconnect most times. It became all too difficult to bother with.Note that there were two different phones involved and haven't had a problem anywhere else in NZ.

Great size roomsVery helpful staffVery clean roomsQuiet rooms

Large room, comfy bed, nice toiletries

Be great if there was an element to cook on

Spacious rooms, with great bathroom facilities. Big comfortable bed. Very quiet rooms, no noise from neighboring rooms.

Very quiet and comfortable beds .very spacious

We had bikes and thought being a biking town there would be bike racks we could park our bikes at the motel but there wasn’t anything for us to do that .

Everything to like about this place! Beautiful room, quality fittings, thoughtful kitchen and very nice dishware and cutlery to use. We were upstairs and had a lovely view across the park. Staff welcoming and keen to please. Highly reccomend.

Nothing. Everything was excellent

We did not have breakfast as we had our own. The staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. They even helped us bring our suitcases( which were very heavy) downstairs and into our car.

The communication between Booking.com and the Kelly Road Cambridge Lodge could have been better. I asked for a ground floor apartment but that message did not filter through. The air conditioning could have been more efficient.

Super clean, well run, well specified

Nothing. I hadn’t realised it’s about a mile from the town, but it didn’t matter, and was quiet.

I loved the privacy, location and quietness of the motel, room was very spacious comfy and super clean.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable facilities
