Perfect place to stay for few nights, we had a very spacious room with everything needed! Staff was amazing and the host took care of our laundry and sent it to our room while we were out for dinner, place is very very clean!
Just few little spots with some dust, but very very clean!
Having a kitchenette with breakfast table and chairs in unit 9
We could hear the spa going and pool filter but it was a humming sound so we went to sleep with that
Quiet area within walking distance of town centre and restaurants.

Friendly staff, good location & clean.
Awesome very quiet location... Great people.... very friendly and helpful.... and importantly all beds extremely comfortable ?
Friendly lady greeted us at the reception.Room was clean.Has everything you need.Close to town
The couch was very low to the ground and old and uncomfortable. If this place had an upgrade or a spruce up, it would be really nice.
It had everything we needed and was tidy and enough room for our family
It is pretty dated and a spruce up would make it an excellent motel. Outside could do with some weeding etc.
Friendly manner of the lovely owner. Overall appearance and cleanliness of the studio. Spacious ventilated bathroom & condiments. Kitchen lay out was fit for purpose. Extra pillows were appreciated. Swimming pool was an extra treat for the other guests at the motel.
The air con unit was positioned towards the base of the king size bed which limited the air flow to that direction. The arm chair cushion was lumpy and uncomfortable. The small couch wasn't really necessary as it occupied space. A wee bit pricey but given the annual National Waka Ama regatta event we were there to attend, it was as expected.
Great location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, Sky TV
Convenient and basic property in a great location. Friendly hosts!
Basic but exactly what we expected.
