Broadway Motel & Miro Court Villas

Very clean and spacious room; comfortable bed

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Great location near Hobbiton and close to the information centre and cafes/restaurants. Allowed for early check in which was much appreciated.

Loved family oriented property and owners. Very clean and well maintained. I’d come back in a heartbeat

The room was clean, nicely laced out, and had great amenities, including spa tub.

Lovely. Great play area for kids and great pool.

Large apartment with all possible appliances.Comfy beds, Good airco.Small supermarket next door

There is a cupboard rather low hanging above the kitchen sink which is an odd and tricky place for a cupboard.Hit my head several times

Clean, air conditioning worked well, large bathroom with heated towel rails.

Parking spots are tight.

Good amount of space in the room and full size refrigerator. Quiet location close to downtown area. Nice small pool and playground in the garden with many activities for children. Friendly staff.

Complete lack of water pressure (in unit 15) was very disappointing. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate in a large vehicle.

Big apartment, well furnished with comfy beds, silverware, dishes, right next to a market with beer/wine and one block from restaurants (shoutout to Fez Kebab!). Only 15 minutes drive to Hobbiton/Shires Rest. Relaxed in spa jacuzzi after long day wonderful!

Need better photos— they don’t do it justice!

Lovely clean, modern room with everything that I needed. I felt very safe as I was staying here alone.

Clean and spacious room. Well located. Easy check-in

The room was a bit cold, as we were there during winter. As there was no cooker hood, we were not encouraged to do heavy cooking.

Great sized and well equipped apartment. Good central location.very friendly owner and staff.

Walking distance to food and shops. Huge room, good kitchen facilities, parking right at the front of the room

Pool wasn't heated, didn't use. Spa water appeared dirty, also didn't use.

We stayed here after visiting Hobbiton. Really comfortable suite. The owner was very helpful about the guest laundry.

The shower was cold and wouldn't heat to get ready for a wedding nor have a shower the next morning before we left. It was incredible dirty with the toilet and shower being very dirty!

An outstanding motel, perfect for walking into town and visiting Hobbiton. Very clean with everything you might need, plus some. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely large shower. I highly recommend staying here.

Plenty of space - very organized kitchen

The Internet was very slow

Room was warm bed was comfy

Room adequate. Spider webs and spiders on ceiling and in bathroom, floors looked dirty. Shower barely worked water was warm not hot and almost no pressure. Not worth $239.
