Stayed 12 days. Bedd8ng was only changed once and arpets only vacuumed once.despite multiple requests.Coakroqchs found on kitchen bench at night. Overall cleanliness poor. This is an old style motel unit which is managed from another site.No utensil to cut food (only butter knives)

With being a older hotel it didn't feel very clean and the bathroom window was damaged

Really nice, clean and spacious.

The only issue was that there was no real clear sign to see from the street and it was a little difficult to find the place sometimes if you were paying attention. Like we drove twice one time because we kept missing the entrance

The room was perfect, quiet, tidy , aircon just what i needed little kitchen , shower and toilet

Close to the hockey rink and cheap

Cockroaches and broken shower, needs updating

Everything was great. Tidy had fresh towels throughout stay and rubbished cleared. Only down fall was the water wasn't always hot in shower. But other than that perfect stay.

Good aircon & smart TV

It’s places like these that confirm why I should read reviews, because as other people have said, I also found the unit in desperate need of some upgrades. Mould, peeling paint & stained carpet. I felt quite unsafe staying here (which I know the motel can’t exactly change - but maybe just important to note for families with young children). Happy that it wasn’t just me that was surprised by the $100 bond as well.

Well in all honestly i booked the extra night while still staying in hygate motel. They let us stay those xtra nights at hygate instead of packing up all our holiday gears to move few motels down. Which i thought was awesome. We were very comfortable with our stay!!

Pleasant

Woken up by a big Chevy v8 truck coming in at 3.30am Friday and Saturday.

I did not use their breakfast services. The location was good. Close to everything. It was easy to find and the staff were very helpful and always at hand to help.

The double bed was a bit uncomfortable. The mattresses need a change and the bed is too low but its all about preferences. The tenants from other rooms were too loud.

It was affordable. It was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly

It was very old and very run down. A bit of an inconvenience crossing that busy road to go and collect your key from somewhere else. Also had to pay a bond up front, that was quite unusual.

Kitchen smelt like fish.Spiders in the bed.Bed uncomfortable. Photos we saw were not an accurate representation of the room.

Staff were brilliant, nice and quiet, was easy to go in and out to the street. Loved our stay, appreciated that we could stay close to the city. Thankyou. Laundry also worked well for us.

Didn't have any dislikes.

Good location. Close to town and other facilities.Very clean. Nice crisp sheets and Maconna coffee sachets.

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable but fine for a short stay.

The service, I needed to change my booking last minute, needed to add another person to the booking. No worries, bed added. I was upgraded to a better room at the price of another bed only.

Person at reception was nice.

Looked nothing like the photos and smelt dirty

Location and how lovely the staffs were. This is a good value for money place to stay.

The rooms had a smell to it. This was hard to get rid of- we got air fresheners for all 3 rooms. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and springy.

Close proximity to the city.

Simple no fuss accomodation with main requirements e.g. Air conditioning, Digital TV.

Not much 2 coockroaches , just a place to rest...

Uncomfortable, hot, airless at night ,decor plain but it's a place to rest....
