- My rooms shower was broken and noticed after reception was closed. Went to reception the next morning at 7.30. They open at 6am and no one there to tell them. Rang the phone no answer. This was at aaron court. Not good at all

My wife and son never stayed in Mills Lodge, as they were referred to another motel.
We made an appointment a few weeks ago, and since then I've been in contact with Mills Lodge on several occasions.The morning of the trip to Mills Lodge, I even received a phone call that everything is fine and they are looking forward to the arrival of my wife and son.My wife and son arrived at Mills Lodge and were informed that there is no accommodation available for them due to cyclone Gabriella of three weeks earlier.They were then told to go to another motel.They went to other motel, but they were fully booked.My wife and son was then referred to another motel, who had one room available.They then entered into negotiation, as that motel was more expensive than Mills Lodge.At the end they agreed to charge them the same rate.We are very very disappointed in Mills Lodge and will never make a booking there again.I hope they do not do the same to their other guests.
