Stadium Motel

Close to the city and supermarkets

Fridge didn't work so most of our food spoiled.

Nil

Don’t recommend Stadium motel to anyone. Our experience with the management at Stadium motel was really disappointing. We found them to be very unprofessional, unethical & pathetic communicators. We ended up walking away from them and finding another motel, due to their incompetence or unwillingness to answering simple inquiries in a timely manner. Really bad experience with them that we hope no one else has to encounter. Just don’t book there and problem is solved.

Friendly, comfortable

a little bit grubby in places, cup in cupboard had tea dribbles, carpet could do with a clean & vacuum along the edges up wall. Soap bottle in bathroom a bit used & grubby. All bed tables had drink rim marks on them. Duvet had a dirty mark on it.

Clean price quiet

The staff were really friendly and the location was great and close to the rugby stadium

The pull out bed on the couch was a bit hard and worn

The location was great for us as we were in Hamilton for a game at FMG Stadium. Friendly staff.

The room wasn't ready at check in time, we found a hair in the bed and the hot water had run out at 9am the next morning before we were checking out.

We were there for a tangi the motel was great as it was walking distance for us supermarket wasn’t that far either which was great

Very central to town . Very close to the stadium. Easy walk to town.

Dirty pillow case. Blood on it. No hot water.

The room was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Location is central to supermarket and gas station and handy to town and resturants.

Customer service was perfectionFacility was close to where we needed to beOwner was very accomodating Comfy rooms

Rooms was a little dirty but nothing that I couldn’t wipe down myself

The staff were extremely friendly. The area is very quiet & it was very handy to everything.

An ok size room, good modest accomodation.

The location was very convenient, tidy and basic but had a kitchen to make breakfast and had the hotel had parking for the guests.

The receptionist friendly

While basic was clean

Host was obliging and friendly. Unit was basic, clean & spacious *(wheelchair access studio). Car parking was an issue, allocated room parking was taken by other tenants by the time we returned from our gig after 11.30pm. Surroundings were quiet, which ment a good nights sleep*(do advise if you require disabled parking, it is available directly outside wheelchair access room) Location was central to our needs. Would recommend ?

Great location very helpful staff. Clean comfortable beds.

Close enough to town, milk provided and reception tried to be accomodating, even though you could see she was embarrassed at the state of it.

It was filthy, worn, the sofa bed was 3different levels and absolutely filthy, it looked like it had been used in a sex film

The motel was clean and quiet, the main room had curtains so was blacked out at night.

Not enough parking, the parking spaces were tight and there wasn’t enough for one space per unit. We were able to park on the grass, but it meant we were parked over some of the footpath.

Fantastic location and family friendly accommodation with plenty of room for everyone. Great to have 2 bathrooms and the lounge area was good too. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was handy

Poor

We book for 4 pwerson but there is only one towel, and a toilet paper, had to go out and buy.

Location was great - central but NOT on the main road - yet main roads easily accessible by lights so coming and going was quick and easy. Venue was quiet because it is opposite an open space. Room was clean and appreciated getting new towels every day.

Nothing I didn’t like - just, parking was a little tighter than usual to fit sufficient parks for the number of rooms available. But being a quiet, off-road street on a corner with no other motel/hotel sites or houses there were plenty of parks on the road just in front of motel, so that was handy and super close. Definitely a plus.
