Everything was exceptionally clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed and overall, this hotel was much nicer than expected.

constant drip in cistern of toilet ( closed bathroom door at night to fix problem)

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

Nothing else to note, but some guests were inconsiderate when parking. Specifically, in the far end car park in front of our Room, one car was double-parked, preventing any other car from using the space.

Very happy overall with our stay, we have stayed a few times here. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Sorry but the bed wasn't comfortable for us that was the only downfall for us

Room was big, bathroom was good.

Bed linin wasn't clean but told reception which they provided new sheets. Not there fault as cleaning company's fault. Housekeeping just needs alittle attention to detail when making the bed. Overall stay was amazing

Great spot, easy check in, clean and tidy and cheap.

Our room smelled of smoke. Awful. We requested to move but they declined citing a full house. No refund or partial refund was offered so we had to inhale that all night.

Towels were old. Only one key. No dessignayes parking. Showers too small. No soap holder. 1 old blanket. TV don’t work.reception weren’t friendly.

I found the beds way too hard - very uncomfortable all night - woke with back pain

Lovely spacious room. Walking distance to town area.

Lack of proper blackout curtain over the glass panels in the door so had all night light from light just outside.Very bad door connecting to next room. Not sealed at all. Light flooded in through the 1 inch gap at the floor and we were kept awake as well because we could hear every word clearly from next door

Only down side was beds where very firm and had 2 people in room and only 1 key card instead of a card each and shower was very small quite cramped but im a large person

Damp smell to the room

Everything was very clean and tidy. The unit appeared to be recently updated. Added bonus was the deep spa bath to relax in. A very nice, comfortable unit with a spacious bathroom and very well equipped.
