Bella Vista Motel Hamilton

Stated 2 night, no cleaning was done, no vacuum was done, just towel was replaced

Not much staff I think

That we had 2 rooms and only charged for one. Was clean and tidy

No milk in the fridge for a cup of tea

Clean inside the room.

Rather noisy from the road. Unable to find any staff in the morning.

The two bedroom room was great for our family of four. I appreciated that reception was open and waiting for us with a late check in. (I rang ahead).

Was a great stay only thing we found the room very warm at night could benefit from an aircon unit... no other complaints was ideal size for our family and the kids loved the spa bath.

All good initial room had one bed expected two, but was relocated to two bed room without delay which was good.

Room was clean and tidy. Good layout for 2 adults and 3 children. Amenities in the room were good.

Lightbulbs not all working. Fan in bathroom very noisy and rattly. Small tv in lounge! Overall a little dated and needing a bit of maintenance.

The location to the Stadium was perfect- no extra parking costs- hosts very friendly- unit clean and beds comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to make it our ‘usual’ place to stay in Hamilton. It’s a 10 out of 10 for us.

easy to find, bed was large and sheets/towels clean

cobwebs in corners of room, fridge was fully iced up and needed cleaning. Room was noisy and no air conditioning, bed wobbled constantly. very noisy location. Desk fan was very filthy and I had to clean it before use.Smart TV shown in brochure was not a smart TV and there was only 2 of everything in the room so you couldnt make a cup of tea for a visitor.

Beautifully presented. Clean, plenty of room, all facilities available and information re surroundings to read.

Location and parking was good nice and quiet

The beds were not comfortable there was no milk plus someone’s left over fish and chips in the microwave and a bag of onions I just hope the sheets had been changed, the reception staff were not overly concerned, if you charge $190 a night for a studio you had better up update your facility’s as it’s getting quite tired and don’t appreciate having people’s leftovers in my room

It was convenient to Seddon Park

Very noisy from the adjacent main road. The room was dated and equipment was basic at best.

Comfy pillows. Nice staff. Good hot chocolate and I like the milk bottle. Internet was decent.

Super dusty fan so could not use it. Used the iron and had to steam all the dust out first. No proper air con so we were super hot. Heaps of soap scum in the bathroom sink. Not sure how that was not clean because it's an easy job. Bathroom also needed a good mop. Shit tea bags.

Easy to get to the sights, zoo. Garden & restaurants

Great sized, clean room. Very comfortable and location was very good.

I was most impressed by the cleanliness all around this property. As well as the high standard of painting and general maintenance.

No restaurant on property….and a fair walk to get to grocery store.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff who juggled rooms so we got bed configuration we needed. Thanks heaps. Large carpark and very easy to find.

Great location, the apartment was clean and the staff were friendly.

Room facilities, comfortable bed, clean, friendly helpful check in staff

Excellent locations and very spacious rooms. Well stacked up kitchenette with crockery and cooking utensils.

Barely any staff. Carpets not cleaned well leading to severe nasal allergies and difficulty sleeping whenever we were in room.
