Please inform Grosvenor Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that a NZD 200 damage deposit is required via cash or debit card if you cannot provide a valid credit card upon arrival. A valid credit card and ID of the cardholder is required upon arrival. Without ID, we are able to do check in and no refund will be given.
