Our first home away from home,it ticked all the questions mentioned above,we are very grateful for all the services provided, all necessary amenities and some was provided & supplied, We enjoyed our stay & will continue to when the need arises,

I cannot think of anything that I'm did not appreciate, we are happy and i suspect we will also be in future,

We booked 6 rooms and the family room, knowing that we know that we had to share bathrooms. It was no issue at all, as most were family and friends. Kitchen , dining room and family room could accommodate us all. Free Parking opposite the street was a bonus

Nothing really

Location was why we booked seagull. Enjoyed our stay well set up and would stay there again if we needed to go to Bay Oval again.

My wife felt the beds were a little hard.

Clean kitchen, bathrooms, shower. Attentive staff. Large kitchen, dining room and sitting area.

Depending on the size of your bags, the bedrooms are small for two people and their luggage.

Handy to Bay oval, very friendly staff.

Can be a bit noisy - walls aren’t very thick and single ply windows.

Loved the hospitality, Paul is very accommodating.Seagull Guesthouse was clean and quiet. The beds were really comfortable and great shared facilities. 100% would book again.A++

The manager/owner was extremely helpful and nice. Really awesome! The room was sooo clean!!! Really lovely!

Honestly it was a great place overall, would recommend it to everyone. Perhaps the room was unexpectedly small (but that's on us for not checking the details of the property). Maybe a suggestion: add rubbish bins and drinking water access (or leave a note that the tap water is safe to drink). Overall, great place!

Easy access easy location nice and clean

It was great! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed with my two young children and I felt safe and calm. They enjoyed themselves and there are a lot of activities within walking distance. It’s small but private.

Nothing, it exceeded expectations. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Our room was a little small - but this is very minor and we kept most of our luggage in the car. No where to store luggage really inside the room.

Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. The staff were kind enough to contact me after I left an item behind.

Quite noisy in the morning due to the location of this accommodation being situated in a commercial area.

Proximity to the Bay Oval. Also, great value for money. Simple, clean, comfy bed, air conditioning and great water pressure.

Theocatipn was excellent for getting into town and onto the beach, the facilities were all very clean and well looked after and check in was seamless

The room was advertised as having a private bathroom, which it sadly didn't and the size of the room on the photos verses the actual size of the room was not the same. The actual size of the room was hardly big enough to move around, with roughly only a foot each side of the bed

Great to communicate with, excellent door lock systems, very helpful staff, comfy bed, clean and tidy, comfortable shared spaces. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Location and clean.

Never saw staff, key number sent by email so no check in or out.I responded to a 68 dollar rate on booking.com for a room with shared bathroom, but got 148 dollar room but still with shared bathroom. Could have got an ensuite room for less.

Lovely room, clean and comfortable for a family of four. The little kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Then the bigger shared kitchen had oven and cooktops should we want to make a meal for dinner. Good quiet location a bit of a walk into the centre of town but easy to drive to and accessible parking across the road.

The keyless entry was good however it would have been nice to have a latch on the door in the inside for peace of mind. Our child could open the door herself and get out whenever she liked, so having a latch would allow us to sleep easier. We put a bag in the way in case she got up in the night and left the room.
