Found it odd not having a kitchen sink.

they asked for my credit card number and details before booking room, i stupidly gave them all the detail.. Im not saying it was them but after i did that i got an alert from my bank that somone tried to use my credit card at 3am in germany. I havent had a fraudulent transaction in like 15 years. So I dont know... thats my only complaint.

The bed that looked like a king in the photos was just two single beds pushed together – defeating the purpose of lying in the middle of a large bed – and offered average comfort at best.Make sure to request a top-level unit, as the noise from people above us on ground level was incredibly loud. I could hear every footstep, drawers opening, and even mistook the upstairs shower for our own – that's how loud it was.When I asked to move to a unit with no one above us (with only around five out of 17 units occupied), I was met with hostility. I was told it would cost me $150 extra to downgrade to a smaller unit – this was just 1.5 hours after checking in, during which we had only eaten at the table, briefly laid on one bed, and used the toilet.Despite being tucked into a corner unit (number 7), the location right next to a railway meant we weren't spared from the loud train noise.Other letdowns: no soap in the shower dispenser (thankfully I brought my own), no frypan to cook with, worn and dated rooms, and a spa with peeling and cracked sealant.Our unit didn’t match one pictured on booking.com

Availability, pleasant staff, hot water, clean

Website said 1km from town, it was 4km so our plan to walk to meals/drink, pools, look around were stymied. Quite a difficult place to find in traffic. Not well signed as you approach., especially in the dark Older furnishings. And few amenities. But reflected in the lower price.

Comfy bed and the lady at reception was very nice and friendly

Too much traffic and train noise. One way exit on a busy highway meant having to wait along while because of the heavy traffic flow.

Plenty of room and the spa bath was awesome.

No air con although small fan and heater were provided.One 1 blanket on each of the 4 beds and was only 1 spare blanket - was cold!No shampoo/conditioner providedVery uncomfortable couch

Generally the stay was very good

I would have liked there to be some milk in the fridge.we arrived late so couldnt go and get any from the office.also The noisy people in the unit above us.

Absolutely noisy with trains and transport whole day and night, as the inn Is on Highway. Don’t waste your money by losing your sleep

It is extremely noisy all through the night with traffic and trains going past The rooms are very basic, there are certainly no frills attachedDespite advising the host that we would be arriving much later in the day I then also received a phone call from them on the day asking when I would arrive. When I advised her that I had already let them know, she was very short

Excellent family accommodation for elderly couple, daughter and grandchilren.

Ample space in 2 bedroom unit. The manager was an absolute delight, very helpful, and extremely pleasant. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Incredibly loud through the night with multiple freight trains going past. Rooms unclean and little attempt to dampen road, train or aircraft noise. Planned road works limited access to the property but that's your problem apparently. Manager stopped servicing the room when we raised concerns. Classy - avoid!

Quite surprised where the motel was situated. Concerned about the noise from the highway & trains. We were not kept awake by the noise.Having to wash pots in the bathroom. No facilities to cook anything. Only microwave.

Clean and spacious room, good kitchenette, met on arrival - fresh milk was a nice touch.

Location, had forgot that the motel is near the railway line so a little noisy at times, but managed to sleep.

Perfect for an early morning flight as it took 7 minutes to get to the airport at 8.30am. A little dated decor but very comfortable and lots of room for a family. Would stay again

I was In a down stairs room, and it was very noisy with people in floor above me walking around , foot steps for hours, hard to get to sleep.
