Friendly staff, location, car park included

No toilet paper holder, dirt and rubbish under the couch, a kindle was left in the bedroom under the bed obviously the staff had not checked under the bed, no shampoo or conditioner, no wardrobe in the second bedroom

Location to the Mount , beach and shops is excellent ...Walking distance.Friendly welcome at reception and had a great front corner room 304 with seaview. Comfy beds.Car parking is undercover and secure off-street.

For family of 4, the room had 3 mugs,3 teacups. Would be great to have at least 4 mugs plus a couple extras for guests. Same for plates etc .Just a small inconvenience. On checking out ,the receptionist said they have plenty of extra crockery,cutlery, pans etc, so next time we will remember to ask! Thanks so much...we had a great stay.

From checking in at reception to checking out we were given fabulous treatment, nothing was a bother, everyone smiled and were helpful. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. We are three sisters travelling together and loved it.

Ease of everything, comfortable clean room and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I enjoyed having a sauna and spa every day to unwind and relax.

Room 204 very dated and no air con. Hairbrush and rubbish found between seats etc. Windows filthy - regardless of excuse that a storm had just occurred, this was 2 days prior to our stay!! Understand not doing the hard-to-reach windows but absolutely no excuse for balcony ones - 4 min job. Even the plates, cups etc look like they were rejects from an OP shop and smelt. we made a case of going out and buying paper cups and plates than use those. Bathroom looks like you stepped into the 60's as with the rest of the decor. When asked by reception how our stay was, I said not great, and they immediately responded with "dated room?" I mean if you know this, why are you still renting it out at top dollar???This is this first time I have taken time out to review a place - this is warranted. A dump and management / housekeeping need to address immediately before it brings down the other privately owned rooms that others may have invested in and kept up to date. "Very Poor value for money" - Worse room I have ever stayed in in my life.

We came and stayed at The Atrium for a sports competition, and it was a great comfortable stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and great to have a full kitchen. A few minutes walk to the beach and the local shops/cafes. Nice stay for a family of 4. Pool and spa was an added bonus!

Not really a negative, but be careful when exiting the carparks, as you have to drive through a walkway in the lobby and next to the lifts....watch out for pedestrians!

Excellent location, only a short walk to hot pools, the mount, beach and town. 2 bdrm apartment had a good amount of space for a family of 4.

We stayed at the tail end of a storm and humidity was very high. The apartments didn't have aircon so the floors/carpet felt damp. When the skies cleared it was perfectly fine. Definitely weather related so would not be an issue for most guests.

The position of the dryer and it not being vented made for a very damp apartment

Location was perfect with beach access and balcony was lovely. Got to the property early and they were able to check us in early.

The hot tub had quite a bit of sand in it, was not hot and not full. Dishwasher also didn’t work.

Location was perfect and the lovely people running were amazing.

The only thing I would say is next time we stay we will ask for a view of the beach.

Great room and very spacious. Central to the Mount, shops, beach, food. Beach exit from spa/pool area was awesome otherwise we would have had to walk right around the block , beach access took us to the back and there the beach was, right the road! Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. We'll priced compared to surrounding hotels/apartments

Pool was freezing, solar heatig would be good to take chill off. Ocean was a lot warmer. No sky so good ole TV for the stay, suggest aking a projector. Rooms are not soundproof, there was a party next door that went on till early hours. Dryer wouldn't stay on, it seemed there was an issue with the latch on the door.

Two bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. Good location (across from the hot pools) views from our small balcony and the beds very comfortable.

There were a couple of small repairs needed eg hand towel holder missing, kitchen cupboard door hanging loose. Having said that someone promptly came to fix our sticking door lock when we asked

It was comfortable and had all that you needed. Loved the fully equipped kitchen! Loved the dishes, they were so unique and luxurious! It had nice lighting in the lounge area. There were even games that we could play. Perfect for a family of 4.

Great location. Bed very comfortable. Wonderful views across the harbour.

No heat pump in 511, just one portable heater.
