What I liked best was the clean and comfortable room and friendly staff on arrival. Value for money. Loved the location although it was sad looking across the road where the slips had occurred knowing people had passed because of it.

Location excellent. Unit furnished well.

Entry and reception was a bit odd but worked.

The location was fantastic. Right across the street of the hot pools and at the foot one the Mount. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was as extremely well equipped with everything one would want and more.

The room we were allocated 112 was not what was listed on bookings (very old and need doing up), didnt have the facilities as we had asked for. Staff at reception (very freindly and accomidating) changed our room, but the manager was extremely rude as we needed extra towels and sheets as neither room were set for 3 ppl. Great location

Car parking is super tight, some rooms need a makeover

Great location. Fantastic views from balcony. Close to shops and restaurants.

Spilt coffee on floor and basement stairs for three days. The cost of stay was not as competitive as others for the same time of year.

The front desk was not helpful at all she had her boyfriend there and was more interested in him than doing her job. If it was my business I would let her go so she can be with her boyfriend

Quick check in by friendly reception staff, great car parking, clean & tidy accommodation, peaceful & quiet & close to beach, Mount walks, Pilot Bay with a short walk to town for shops, cafes & restaurants.

The location was fantastic and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful.

Strong smell of bleach in and outside the room. Also could do with an air conditioning unit of some sort as the fans provided did little to reduce the warm temperature of the room.

Underground Carpark - they were very narrow spaces and the large 4x4 in the space next had parked over our space so we were unable to get into the park so had to park out on the road. No view on the balcony as a high rise apartment being built next door, very noisy with wind flapping the cover on the building all night

Easy Booking, Check-in with friendly receptionist & safe free parking.Nice warm room, shower room with washer drier.Close too beach & Pilot bay with a short walk to restaurants near by as well as nice walk too town.

With photos of deluxe room it looked like the balcony looked out to either mountain or pilot bay, but instead it looked out to the plastic clad neighbouring building.

For the price, I think breakfast ought to be served. It is very insane for you to pay the price and the facility onwer takes your creadit/debit card details saying of you don't leave it clean, you will be charged. that is unacceptable!!

Great location, perfect rooms size and it was tidy and clean.

It had a very convenient location and was just down from the shops and we got a 20% percent discount at the Mount pools.

Unfortunately, there was a big brown hairball On top of the shower and we had to remove it and put it in the bin. But overall was rather clean.
