The location and size of the room

It was described to have a playground but it only had two little swings. And our check in was delayed by 2 and a half hours.

Lovely friendly staff member, early check in was possible, spacious rooms, good facilities, plenty of parking, warm (good heating) great shower.

Clean and tidy. Was well equips.

Just a bit far out of town for us.

Staff were helpful and room was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely mountain view too!

The lovely setting, comfortable beds, clean as, the studio we booked was so well equipped, great shower, they even let us check in earlier, were friendly and helpful. Most importantly we were able to take our dog with us, plenty of places to walk him at the property. Handy to town. Will certainly be back if ever in Hawera again.

The only fault my partner could find fault with, was the electrical cord was very short to plug in, from toaster to the wall plug, which to me is really not worth mentioning.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location

Great facilities. Large room and clean and tidy. Only negative was parking was a bit limited and tricky.

this was the first motel where you could sit outside and enjoy a beautiful view and garden, no cars! Amazing. Most motels you sit outside with all the cars around you a big concrete slab. the 2 bedroom appartment was huge and really wonderful.

everything was good, except the roadworks, but they can't help that of course. Also, you're out in a remote area.

Great! Clean, inviting and lots of space

It’s close to a busy road, however we got use to it to the traffic quickly.

Nothing negative at all

The friendliness of the management and willingness to move to another room away from the road works.

A bit noisy during the night from the main highway, nothing the management could of course do.

Quiet area good parking and outside spaces

Fabulous location, we could see Mt Taranaki from the garden. The room was huge, lovely and clean, perfect for our stay.

Beautiful Motel, comfy beds, good shower. Parking easy, they gave extra towels, lovely grassed area to sit and eat at. Lots of animals to look at, plus the spectacular view of the volcano. Staff were excellent.

Only stayed one night, would love to have stayed longer.

The units formed a delightful little "village". It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The host was very friendly when we checked in. There were chickens nearby and it was lovely to see a mother hen wandering about with her babies.

Couldn't really fault the place!

A good showwr

There were no blinds on the part glass door to the bedroom, so it was possible to black out light. This meant a very early wake up as the room got light.It was very basic. The website suggested to us that it would be better than it was.
