Cleaning, good situation

Arrived at the motel We still didn't have a code to retrieve the key. We had to call a specific number and then they asked me for my credit card to get the room key and in case of damage. arrived in the room, the toilet bowl was broken as well as the shower hose, it was leaking everywhere. Road noise is disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

Good bed, location close to town.

Shower recess in bathroom not clean enough as black hair on floor. Although floor tiles were Matt black they could have been cleaner. No staff at reception during our 2 night stay as key was obtained from a drop -box on wall which was ok.

Nothing, other than it was clean and close to town.

I just hate now that there is no one to greet you anymore when you arrive at the Motel you stay in it’s so unpersonal. The beds are too high to get into, when you are short it’s not easy,. The room is so small you can’t swing a cat in it, nowhere to put things, nowhere to hang things in the bathroom have to come out to the room to wash your hands and clean your teeth.

The place was very clean, modern and well maintained.Made it very comfortable to stay.

The address is a bit deceiving as I did not want to stay on the pacific highway and this hotel is right on it. Unfortunately my room was the closest one to the highway and needless to say I didn’t have a very good nights sleep due to the traffic going past at all hours.

Property was easy to check in too, was nice and clean and comfortable. Nice walk to the main street and cafes.

Nice finishes and use of the space, a big clean bathroom too with a tall double shower head. Comfy bed, massive TV, easy checking in system.

You have to call to organise a pre-authorisation (bond) of $150 before you arrive. It wasn't too much of a hassle, just isn't ideal.

Good central location on the north side of the harbour. Excellent room, got to say the best bathroom I been in for a motel room.

It was clean and comfortable

As a solo female traveler a security latch would have been good on the door.

The motel was easy to find and well maintained. We appreciated being given early access as we had to get ready for a wedding. The room was spotless, bathroom recently renovated and there was ample provision of tea/coffee/sugar/milk & even biscuits. The beds were a little high but very comfortable with clean linen. The TV was huge ??. Everything we needed for a place to sleep and shower overnight. Would book again when visiting the area. Undercover parking next to our room was a bonus in the wet weather we experienced

Self-service we received a code via email to check-in and receive the key. A good location, there was parking, the staff were nice and friendly, a small studio type motel room with an aircon, fan and huge TV, the bed was comfortable, a few mins drive to shops and the beach. The bathroom was great, huge shower, disappointed there was no bathroom sink, expected to use the kitchen sink ... was grossed out!!... we washed our hands in the shower after using the toilet. Would've helped if this was mentioned in the ad we would have booked elsewhere.

Plenty of room for my family.2nd timed we've stayed will stay again.

Bed felt like we’d roll off & very high. Parking à challenge. No hand basin in bathroom.

Location was great. Walking distance to everywhere.

The light in the main bedroom flashed on & off all night even though it was turned off.

There was no toaster available for breakfast and there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. It was ok in the evening. Not sure if it just run out with everyone showering in other rooms??

Easy self check in. Motel is easy walk to harbour and town . Room was modern and comfortable, shower was large and water pressure good. We had a very comfortable stay.
