Opal Motel

The location is the best part of this motel. There are very few options in the area. The room was very clean.

The room was cold when we entered, with only a small heater. By morning it has warmed up. The room was dated, but clean. Acceptable for the price.

The whole place is a little tired, its Ok, just needs a bit of TLC, but its fine at the price

The room was disgusting. Shower was putrid as when I turned the shower on, I could see it had not been cleaned well pubic hair was floating I did not shower due to this. The fan and whole room was dusty. Only regret I have is not taking pictures.

Good location on the way to Wilson's Prom about 45min from the entrance gate. Easy communication with the staff via booking messages.

Everything is old and/broken. Lots of duat on cuttlery, dishes, floor. Ant colony just in front of my room.

Good location. Good hot shower.

The room was tired. Okay for a place to sleep, not so much to hang out in.

We didn’t require breakfast. The turn to travel into Leongatha is dangerous because you can’t see the traffic outward bound to Korumburra because of the hill. I turned towards Korumburra and then did a u turn when it was safe. The owner of the motel was friendly and accessible

This place was such a disappointment! It was dirty, no air-conditioning! It was cold ,freezing in fact !!!Spiders everywhere, thick dust ! The toilet door was like a barn door !!! The bed was beyond bad ! This motel should not be operating! Hasn't had a deep cleanse for years.Will not trust Booking.com. ratings EVER again!!!

Toilet/bathroom facilities very tired and not very clean. Sheets in single bed were old and pilled! Not comfortable.

Leongatha was good and motel...

Not what we didn't like but power flicked out on bed side of the room at around 9.00pm and we had certainly not overloaded anything, and this made for an uncomfortable few minutes until we hooked up power board etc from across the room so we could have electric blankets etc.

We had no breakfast but it was handy as we needed to be at hospital early in morning

Maybe bathroom more updated

great handy location close to all you need.freindly courteous staff that look after you. very peacful location. dont really notice the traffic noise from highway. i think its the best place to stay in leongatha for most travellers and highly reccommend

Once bitten twice shy

Very old and dated, I had to go out a purchase an electric heater as the one supplied was useless. The couch was filthy and very well used needs tipping!!

It was very cold when I checked in but the staff had already put the heater and electric blanket on for me which was very much appreciated. The room was cosy and the bed comfy and everything very clean.

I had no transport so I couldn't find anywhere close enough to walk for breakfast. If there is somewher close it would be great to advertise it

Everything worked and was comfortable, despite being quite dated. Staff were able to offer early check in .

Everything The shower floor was cracked in two different places so it sinks when u stand on itThe fan was dirty dosent look like it’s been cleaned in yearsThe beds were un comfortable People in the rooms next to you were loud until 3am then started at 6am And just the motel overall condition and surroundings looked shit
