spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, convenient location close to restaurants and beach,  were gracious hosts

Clean, private, secure and close to the beach and all the great areas in Dromana.

Location to not only the beach but to all things on the peninsula. Kitchen was best stock (we were into our 4th accomodation over 3 weeks) with cooking gear. Choice of microwave, gas cooktop and electric oven. All good solid appliances and in excellent condition. Had ceiling fan plus reverse cycle air conditioning. Full size fridge. Doug & Denise were friendly and full of helpful tips.Even the parking space were large enough to accommodate any 4wd without threatening to hit another car's door.

Excellent location just across the road from the beach. Lovely room with a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the barbecue and were provided with all the necessary equipment. Doug and Denise were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our 3 nights exploring the Mornington Peninsula.

Everything was perfect, super comfy bed, great pillows, extra pillows, fan and air conditioner, the list goes on. Opposite the beach, close walking distance to a range of restaurants, on a main road, but traffic noise was not an issue.

What couldn't one like of this property and location. Directly opposite the beach, close to all amenities and situated close to other Penninsula villages.

Maybe a less firm mattress and softer pillow but i'm not complaining and slept very well.

Pillows too hard and too deep. Consequently I have sore neck. Would welcome softer and less deep pillows.

Everything. Big room, modern appliances, spotless, great position and very friendly management. We will be returning next year.

Location, proprietors were friendly and helpful, close to restaurants, Only had to cross the road to access the beach, Accommodation was clean and had everything you needed

Little gem, close to great cafes , the beach and good walks. Also equipped with the clean modern cooking facilities you'd expect for those of us who like to cook brekki or indeed any meal.

Well maintained and very clean. 2 parking spaces which was awesome. A proper kitchen to be able to cook in. Well vented. Straight across the road from the beach. A short walk to the shops. It was lovely and quiet until we had neighbours they were noisy when they came back and their TV was up loud. Denise and Doug are lovely and accomodating.
