Brooklands Of Mornington

The room was clean and spacious with outdoor seating overlooking a reserve. The pool and spa were great and well maintained. It was realy quiet at night and I slept well.

The kitchen facilities were minimal. There weren't any tea towels or chux to clean. And the microwave could be put up on a small shelve to make more bench space.

As usual, spacious & comfortable.

Bathroom floor drains not draining properly.TV reception poor.Noise from neighbouring apartment after 11pm disturbing.

It was very easy to book and check in to our room on the day. The lady working in the reception was very helpful answering all our questions and telling us great recommendations to eat near the beach

It was like an oasis, very well set out with all the trees etc. Pools were great, rooms very comfortable.

Only one little thing was the directions to room numbers a bit confusing. That was very minor & would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and bed was comfy. Great value for money in what can be an expensive area for accommodation

Bed was comfortable and the spa and pool were clean and lovely

The tea towel was not at all absorbent, so had to use the hand towel from the bathroom

Loved everything about this hotel, location, big sized rooms, cleanliness and amazing pool. We’ve already booked in our next stay.

Our room is one of the newly renovated ones, super quiet and beautiful surroundings. Room is spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bonus as it has onsite swimming pool, gym and laundry. Staff is extremely friendly! Great location walking distance to the main streets and shops and supermarkets. Easy a few minutes drive to the stunning beaches! Will definitely stay there when in Mornington again.Highly recommended.

Pillows not comfortable and no spares to helpBed had a bump in the middle two singles pushed together.Rusty staples left in shower floor mat which cut the bottom of my partners foot twice.Could smell cigarette aftermath,

This is not the first time we stayed The staff are amazing and 10/10 for accomodating my family who were not staying the night and allowing my grandchildren to use the pool Thank you once again !

The rooms smelt amazing but are a little dated beds very comfortable
