The staff were extremely friendly. The location is perfectly situated snd close to shops. The room was clean and elegant.

The room was clean and easy to access

Not sure who's doing the other reviews on this page, questionable, but this is our experience, which is truthful. We stayed two nights. The Bed was too hard and not comfortable. In actual fact, one of the worst beds we have slept in for a very long time. The shower pressure was very weak, making it difficult to have a good shower. The air conditioner, although it worked well, had a problem with the silent button, so it was loud all night. The TV was difficult to navigate at first; the controls were hard to understand and use. The Streaming service did not appear to work. Windows are not soundproof, and I could hear the noise from outside. The kettle needs replacing, it has rust inside. I prefer a stainless steel or metal kettle to plastic as well. There was no pen or pad in the room to write what you took from the bar fridge. You should not have to pay for subscription tv should be part of the deal. The bed sheets and towels could be softer as well. Overall, the room was a failure.

TV outdated, wasn’t able to access streaming services. The lovely receptionist said it’s not a normal issue but wasn’t able to help. I was a little disappointed because I paid extra to have the king spa suite and then had to use my phone to watch a movie. No cutlery in the room was a funny issue when I ordered Uber eats and had to eat my dinner with a tiny tea spoon. Only a minor inconvenience but when the room has a microwave in it, I would assume some cutlery would be there too.

The room and bathroom were spacious and nicely appointed.

Unfortunately, the hotel is situated near a very noisy bar across the road, so it meant that you have to keep the balcony door closed, and the aircon on. The soundproofing was very good. This may be fine for some - I am someone who always chooses hotels with an opening window or door for fresh airflow overnight, and this wasn't possible here, so I didn't sleep as well as usual.

Bed was amazing, food to die for and quiet.

The cost but who actually likes spending money.

All ok but disappointed re pods for coffee machine and only coffee granules.

Waited 15-20 minutes at reception to check in at 5pm on a Saturday no one present, very lousy apology once receptionist arrived, stains on 2 pillows and dust build up around bed head areas

The property was central to everything. We didn’t need to drive anywhere for food, coffee, or entertainment

Loved the restaurant down in the lobby area! Great hotel that was super clean. Parking was easy which is always a plus.

Size of the room. Decor was nice. Complimentary slippers and robes a nice touch. Room was clean and fresh

Water ran under tiles and wet carpet at the bathroom doorway. Was not informed of planned power outage until I arrived at check in. It didn't really affect my stay. Luck I didn't want room service or breakfast in the morning!

The smell of the room it was terrible it smell like sewage we were not happy. Then one cleaner walked straight into our room unaware we were there

The place across the street had very loud music and a live band on the friday night which went right up until 1am. I might have been unlucky and it was maybe a one off but keep that in mind if you need to get up early next day
