Comfort Inn & Suites Warragul

Room was not quite ready when we arrived early, but management had the room cleaned and ready in half an hour . The cleaners did a fabulous job and were very friendly .

Nothing really , had everything you needed , close to town and clubs

Room in general was clean and comfortable

Showers had no pressure and there was just a trickle of water (also experienced this the last few stays), and upon arrival there were ants all over apartment...kitchen, loungeroom, bedrooms & bathroom

Great after hours check in. Ease of access and check in. Clean tidy room

Heater didn't work.

Clean

Larger roomTV difficult to work

Comfortable bed.

The shower that barely had enough water pressure to rinse off soap suds, and went hot or cold whenever someone in a neighbouring room turned a tap on or off.

Exceptional hospitality & very accomodating manager/staff. Comfortable rooms, clean good amenities

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable large bed.

They were installing a new hot water service when we arrived so had to shower later in the evening. But the room and comfy bed made up for that. Overall great stay and room.

Property was central to everything, cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Not bad for a cheap hotel! Boot YTB. Downside is that the he wifi shut down from time to time. And the toaster blew the power on every occasion of use. But overall cheap and not to nasty

No access to any type of cooking facilities other than a microwave. Ie no BBQ

The room service ladies very helpful next morning to request for providing coffee, biscuits and milk request. Room very clean and bed very very comfortable!! Unfortunately we couldn’t park outside our room because others took our space.

Noisy when first switch on bathroom exhaust fan. First arrived of day one after late check in and no milk ( long life is usually in a motel room) and only one biscuit for two people ( one biscuit in same packet was broken in small bits)

The host was helpful and accommodating when our travel plans changed.

The only issue was a minor one. Access to PowerPoints beside bed was impossible .Parking some nights was an issue

Liked the bed, wardrobe space and patio area.

Room didn't get serviced despite the sign being left on the door. This meant nhe bed wasn't made, clean glasses/mugs weren't provided, and new towels weren't available each day.No crockery (bowls, plates, cutlery) in room for guest use; needed to ask for it at reception and then because room wasn't serviced, dirty dishes left for duration of stay.

Nice place to stay, considering I booked for 5, 3 children and 2 adults I'm a little shocked that the rooms weren't connected. Then when I go to the room for the children I see there is a connecting door to the next unit makes me a little more confused as to why we weren't put into the two connecting rooms...........

Bathroom was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable. Carpet was not that great. I believe it was giving away damp smell and need good steam wash. Overall had a good stay. Customer service good.

Quiet

Key drop off, had to leave the key in the room and can’t lock the door

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

Shower drain took too long to drain

Location was quiet, check in was easy and rooms were clean

Convenient location

Coffee facilities but no milk. Asked if breakfast was available, staff said no to me but yes (gave menu) to my husband.

The owner sounded nice

There is a steep hill into place from main highway,Asked for room to be made up and was ignored,When booking and obtaining key and emails recieved signs and site said breakfast and dinner could ge purchased however when i went to book meals was told no meals during stay as we were there on a weekend,Asked for cot was told would have one still had to go obtain it from office,Security cameras set up without signed warnings and didn't appreciated everytime i would walk to room i had a camera smack in face
