Extrior was alittle tired but the room was clean and comfortable.

A little bit of road noise good price

The location was perfect for my needs. It is close to take out diners and shops for groceries as well as petrol stations. The price was reasonable I thought.

The bed was a little hard; most of the regional beds are super soft and squishy but that's ok; we made do.

Poor

Too close to the highway. No noise insulation at all. Impossible to rest due to the traffic noise. We could also hear all the noises from the adjoining rooms.

The lady at reception was very friendly.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. The room is very dated and and shows signs of serious wear and tear.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and the water pressure good.

Walls are paper thin. Parking on the nature strip wasn't ideal.

One biscuit between 2 people for a three night stay is tight. Rooms not made up, serviced, or cleaned during the stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and shower were very good. Location convenient. I felt safe due to the layout of the motel and plenty of other guests.

Furniture a bit dusty. Shower extractor fan dusty. Good that rooms are no smoking, but trays of cigarette butts outside the room detracted. People smoking outside the room and could smell smoke inside my room - wanted front window open for fresh air on a warm day. People talking outside around 11pm, when rules say noise must cease 10pm.

Clean, perfect location, comfortable, great amenities, spacious for family of 4 and great value for money.

We did not have breakfast as we were going out for morning tea.

Nothing all was good a short stay very comfy

I had the King room and I was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, the room spacious and all that I needed to be able to heat a meal or have breakfast in my room (sufficient utensils) was available. It was also priced very reasonably too, especially over peak holiday season.Last but not least - The managers were very friendly and helpful. Lovely people ?

The only minor complaint I have was that there was a smell of mustiness in the room.

Need more attention to cleanliness and emptying ash trays. Very smelly for a nonsmoker

Super friendly staff, rooms very clean, bed super comfy. Great location ?

Bed and linen were extra comfortable. Good bathroom amenities. Quiet, efficient A/C unit (on a 37C day). Easy check-in and out. Modern and comfortable decor.

About the only thing was that there were no drinking glasses.

Close to train station and shopping

No sound barrier between room. Heard people talking next door until very late.

Close to the city centre. Easy to find. Satisfactory for our needs for our stay.

A little rough around the edges. Needed a little modernising and touch ups to blemishes.

Needs painting outside. Parking is squeezy.
