Broadford Sugarloaf Motel

Clean, easy check in

A great place near the Highway and easy to find. A comfortable room. A handy stopping spot before reaching Melbourne.

Room was warm and quiet and bed comfortable

Location was great for access to town and nearby racetrack

Parking was a little cramped

Excellent location, friendly staff who recommended local places to eat over the Easter holiday.

Clean, spacious room, very comfortable.

No staff at check in, room was left unlocked with key inside. Wasnt made aware if any breakfast was available.

Convenient location to stay overnight for an early appointment in Melbourne (lots of parking at Broadford station as an alternative to driving into the city).

No complaints - often stay so know what to expect

Very clean, updated rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location, great value for money.

Spacious

The TV reception needs to be looked at no local channels and the Internet cutout every night for 2-3 hours so no TV at all

Friendly staff, we only needed a bed for the night so it was perfect. You get what you pay for.

Bed was a little bumpy but ok

Clean facilities and perfect for a quick stop over

Miscommunication with staff left several rooms locked out for hours waiting to be checked in

Great experience except at 3am I woke up to my bedroom door opened. I'm lucky I had the chain attached, very creepy. Couldn't find anyone around. I couldn't sleep after that and left to drive back to Sydney. Suggest checking the lock on room 3 or checking cameras. I don't think ill be staying again after that experience.

It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The bed was super comfy too.

Large clean room Very comfortable bed and a good hot shower Close to all facilities Nice welcoming staff

As a manual wheelchair user who’s independent in the bathroom I found it rather useful. Wider shower bench for easy transfer.

Nothing negative to add

Room size was good. Air-conditioner worked well on the 40deg day that we were there. There is a Kettle, Coffee Cups, 2 Slice Toaster, Dinner Plates, Bread and Butter Pates,

Towels need replacing, Bed we firm but not too uncomfortable, Shower was HUGE but bathroom so tiny, shower screen and bathroom door crashed into each other.

Beds were fairly comfortable and reasonably spacious and bathroom pretty good.

Spiders in the room and the woman at reception was quite unfriendly but the man was very friendly. There was air conditioning in the main room but not in the other bedroom and it was boiling hot. Quite noisy at night.

Room size, standard and cleanliness.Easy of location.Ample off street and convenient parking.Ability to purchase cold drinks at reception,

Lack of the provision of breakfast

Lovely clean rooms and safe to have my motorcycle parked outside and great location.Very friendly helpful staff - thanks ??

Staff went above and beyond, I couldn't get hold of a taxi so they took me to the local store them self
