Liked nothing about the poor quality accommodation

Old worn out bungalow, no dishwasher or wifi, too isolated, fridge too small, bedrooms too small, double bed uncomfortable, kitchen benches damaged, stained old sofas, small tv, security doors poor and damaged, noisy toilet exhaust fan, kitchen blind roller there but blind missing so no privacy, one stove hot plate did not work, old worn out kitchen appliancesSmelt dusty and musty, sticky dirty cupboard handles and light switchesFloor boards moved and squeakedShould be demolishedWe left a day early due to the poor accommodation.

First impressions weren't that great when the lady at the reception didn't look happy to be there. This is our 2nd visit, we love the location. The cabin had some cob webs and spiders in corners. The fan in the toilet wasn't working. Front door knob/lock was extremely difficult to open. The whole place seemed a bit more run down since last year (except sports courts).Cabin was comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was reasonably stocked (utensils & cutlery). Would like to return.

Beautiful location with lots of amenities for young and old. Dated property but very clean. Friendly staff.

Check out is stated as 10am, but linen and towels need to be placed in bags and put outside cabin by 9am. Effectively, meaning check out is at 9am.Recommendation to bring your own toilet paper as the provided one is see through thin.

Love the area, it could be the best resort in Aus if a little money was spent on it

place is run down and need of major maintenance and upgrade. Looks like it has little car.

Value for money, good space.

Water pressure needs work

It was relaxing weekend. There are nice and comfortable accommodation, varieties of facilities, like tennis courts, pool, spa and sauna, and awesome kangaroos were coming every night!

We didn't have dishwasher however it was mentioned in the list facilities.

Recurring visitor for 3rd time, love the location, lots of activities available for all walks of life.

Not what I didn't like, but could have had a normal sized fridge as per other cabins in past, floorboards need a retweak as slightly noisy

Lack of wifi, 1 ply toilet paper, no shampoo, conditioner, hand wash or body wash. Soap was horrible

Loved the layout of house, fun facilities were awesome, had much fun on the putt putt course.

Single beds in house very poor, toaster cooked half the bread, lights too dim throughout house.

Quiet, spacious, range of facilities included such as pool, spa, canoes, large outdoor chess set. Lake views were pretty. Staff were helpful and responsive when we had questions, and when the washing machine didn’t work properly they quickly replaced it with a new one.

Bungalow was a bit dated, especially the flyscreen had some holes and gaps, which let in bugs at night. The main bed and bedroom were small and the bed was shaky. There were some cobwebs in shower ceiling and elsewhere.

The facilities in the resort were good

The connectivity was bad, could have provided soap and shampoo as a basic option.

Comfortable, clean, beautiful setting on the river. Very peaceful.

Property was great - lots of things for the kids to do. Pool, lake, kangaroos etc.

We booked the house and the bungalow - house was great, bungalow was further away from house than we thought and bungalow very old and tired. Would book house again but probably not bungalow.

Spa

Run down facilities, office hours open at reception limited. Did not put us in a cabin that had lake views even thou this was requested in advance and was available. Staff were not friendly.

Great surrounding and so much space and privacy. Such a tranquil property. Excellent facilities including pool/spa/lake etc and lovely animals around.

The beds were sooo uncomfortable. None of us slept well for 3 nights ? very old mattresses and bedding/ pillows. Very old fit out in unit which really needs upgrades. Shower very small and not great.
