- The person next door had the TV on all night
- carpet. minor cleaning not major issue
- carpet on outside of wardrobe near bed was a little damp and smelt musty (perhaps a shower leak?). One neighbor was especially noisy late one night.

The motel provided the comfortable, quiet and no fuss overnight accommodation that I needed.
Warmly greeted at reception and good clean, comfortable rooms well positioned in Mansfield.
Great room with undercover parking at the front door. Well equipped & clean, friendly staff & a short stroll to great shops, retail & hospitality venues
Excellent location.
Outside noise from a large group of drinking bikers, staying at the motel, until very late at night.
Excellent location.Great staff
Small area in bathroom needed repair.Looked ugly but had no effect on my stay.Really comfortable bed and room.Great air con
Great place , comfortable bed , nice hot shower , very clean and the pool was great
Good sized towels. Shower was good.
The place needs a little attention. The room was a little " tired "
It was clean and provided all we needed for a nights stay plus a swimming pool
Couldn’t fault it
Location
Room was outdated and had a a musty smell. Also, the bed was uncomfortable.
It is a very convenient location as it is within walking distance to breakfast, dinner and the supermarket. Comfortable room.
Clean , convenient location
Very basic I was charged $47 more for the room for one night than my friends who stayed at the same hotel ,& the room was exactly the same size I thought I was booking a bigger room, hence paying more
The motel is very clean, close to the shops, and the outdoor area around the pool is lovely. We would definitely recommend it.
