Cons -
- It was nice
- Lack of customer service. No proper addressal at the reception. We were not provided with the WiFi password and had to call the number provided just to get the password, and that too multiple times. Lot of facilities in the Park was shut and not as mentioned in the website. There was a simple poster mentioning the timing of the games room and it was supposed to be open till 9pm and yet it was shut at 6pm when we went there. And there was nobody in the reception to contact.
- Little bit far from town, but we were there as a base to goto mount beauty so it was perfect for that. Everything was great

We loved the cabins very clean, plenty of room, very modern, from the road of the park you could see the snow capped mountains ?

The staff were very helpful, proving many amazing recommendations for sightseeing. The property was beautiful and the room was clean and in great condition. The playground was awesome - our son played on it twice daily! Highly recommend!!
Nothing, this place is awesome. Will be back again!!
We’ll set out. Good facilities and lovely location. Pretty walking track along the river.
Just had an issue with bedroom door not wanting to open and owner had to come and wrestle with it.
Cabins were modern and location of site was off road and near the river . It’s important to be in nature for us and not near roads!
The bed was comfortable.
It was an old cabin and needed a facelift, it wasn’t what we expected from the photos when booking
Really clean and caters to all kids and adults alike staff were lovely

Comfortable, clean and spacious cabin. Loved the trees throughout the park. Good distance between cabins so it felt private .Great to have 2 rooms with a queen bed.
Lovely park and well priced.
Too far from Bright to walk.
Tidy cabins, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower
