Motel Sierra - Bright

Excellent location, easy to find yet quiet. Renovated rooms that are very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Checkin was easy & owner/manager was very helpful & polite.

The room is quite dark,not clean,dust everywhere,even on the bed side lamps,spare blankets are dirty with some brown spots on them,there was cobweb as well.Not welcoming

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Location was very close to the central. The bbq area was clean and nice.

The backyard is big and has potential to be more fun with games.

Fantastic location with stunning views! Simple, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The walls were a little thin at times, but it wasn’t a major issue as we had friendly and considerate neighbours.

Plenty of parking. Room was a good size. Electronic key access was easy. I was on the ground floor so access from car was easy.Location was good as I was attending a sporting event at pioneer Park.

No fan in the bathroom or toilet.Everything was dirty particularly the bed, the blanked was actually disgusting and towels were horribly smelling or full of dirt spots.No allocated parking space.No proper toiletry.Bathroom and room were dirty even after asking to clean. They did not clean it actually.Too noisy too crowded.Plugs were broken.You had to keep the curtains close because the view they promised was actually in common area.Lights were full, absolutely full of dead bugs.Even the basic things like toaster was incredibly cheap, with body no protection. Microwave could not make a popcorn.

Property was ok, close to town. We stayed 5 nights for Easter. A few minutes away from shops and restaurants. Tea/coffee facilities were provided and usual toiletries. Towels provided and changed when asked.

Room was kind of dated, bed ok but pillows were soft and need to be replaced. Glad we bought our own pillows. A bit of noise from neighbours, walls are thin. Lock on the balcony door broken. Stairs need to be reinforced and painted. Cleaners didn't clean the room too much. We left a note to vaccuum and they did on our last night. Owner or manager was never there and not very responsive. When he responded, a cold response received. No person in reception. Need to improve customer service.

Decent place to stay, good value for money. Comfortable.

Property is a bit old, generally clean, but the room could do with a bit better clean.

Location was great. We didn't have the breakfasts.

The shower in room 7 needs looking at. Hard to operate to get a nice temperature and to get a decent amount of water.

The location was excellent, walking distance into town and we had great views from our balcony, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and informative.

We were looking forward to a comfy king bed as we booked the deluxe king room but it was old and hard as were the pillows. That as disapointing. We purchased new pillows the next day for a better sleep.
